“Clean hotel on main road next to big mall - OK but not the best position”
OK hotel on main road, comfortable room, quiet. WOuld rather have been closer to main town with easier access to restaurants

It was everything you would expect at a Courtyard. Clean, quiet, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast. Perfect.

“Good rooms, commercial setting.”
This is a tough sell. The rooms are up to your standards. But due to real estate markets, the hotel is located in the middle of a strip commercial area that is not appealing at all. I needed the room. I know the brand. I made the reservation and was disappointed when I arrived. But I had to do what I needed to do. I stayed and again, the rooms were fine. But the setting is just tough and not what I expected when I made my reservations.

Rooms were very nice, comfortable, and warm! We came in a very cold time of the year. The lobby was warm and inviting.

Nice hotel, clean and relatively quiet. Very close to the airport--I walked.

The hotel was fine; the only thing I did not like was the fact that the room assigned was right across from the ice and vending machines, even though the hotel was not crowded (off season). The indoor pool was a plus, although the room was extremely warm.
“Nice hotel not a great location”
The hotel staff was good as well as the overall condition. The location was lacking as it is in a very developed section of Hyannis right next store to a large shopping mall. Being that we were in the Cape I would have like something closer to the water or one of the charming towns.
“Convenience Plus”
There is a lot to do without ever using your car: two malls,Christmas Tree Shoppe and plenty of menu options within walking distance. The availability of hot drinks, 24 hours a day, including "hot cider" is a major plus! The people that work there are friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The interior and grounds are maintained excellently!
