Nice during a snow storom.

We enjoyed our stay until the hockey teams (age 8 & 9) moved in. They raced up and down yelling until after 12 am. When, I assume some parents arrived or the hotel personnel arrived. Really ruin an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We were in the room more than I thought we would be. Therfore, it was nice to have a clean room. We stayed for three nights. One day our bathroom was not refreshened. Not good. We received breakfast with our stay. We were not told what items were excluded from the menu when we checked-in. When we checked-out no credit was applied to our bill. Really? On that note, I was shocked to see no free coffee in the lobby. It was a first for all of us.

The hotel itself is very nice but not like a Marriott in Boston. It was easy and convenient to get to the sites or restaurants.

Dirty and stinky

Someone had vomitted in our room and it hadn't been completely cleaned up so the room smelled of vomit. When we looked more closely we saw that it was still on the wall. There were no other rooms and when we asked to be put on a waiting list for another room the next day we were told the hotel didn't maintain a waiting list that it was first-come, first-served. Don't stay here.
