Enless you don't have a nose or a resipratory system in general, stay away!

The horrible musty smell that met us made us turn around and walk out. We could not breathe in the room! We finally got a room in the owners' house that was OK, but had to pay an extra $22 :-( Yes, it was raining out and it is close to the ocean (the two reasons we were given for the smell. I have stayed at the Cape before without this problem, so I do not accept this explanation. I cannot recommend this hotel and will definitely not return. Thx.

Dont let the name mottor lodge fool you. Was a fabulous place to stay. The staff was so very welcoming and friendly. Only second time in falmouth and very helpful when it came to finding my way around town. The grounds were beautifully and very well maintained. Rooms were very nice and very well decprated. Easy access to the beach and ferry. Would definately recommend to all. Plan on going back very soon. Thankyou

Great find. Was in the Grand House which is nestled in a neighborhood. Lovely deck making the room seem more expansive. Nice outdoor pool and grounds. Good location. Short walk to beach and ferry.
