“Standard and expectable”

We were doing some research in Eastham and Orleans so this location was excellent. We were there off season so the hotel was not crowded nor noisy in the evening. But half the rooms open over the swimming pool, cocktail area, and I expect these rooms are very noisy during the evenings during the season. So early sleepers beware and get outside rooms.

“Standard Sheraton Four Points”

Standard Sheraton Four points hotel. Clean. Only problem was with a stopped up bath tub drain. I wish the hotel (and the maids) were a little quiter in the morning. Other than that...no complaints.

“Perfect weekend getaway”

I booked this hotel last minute, and chose the four points because of the good reputation Sheraton brands have, and its close proximity to the friends i was visiting. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was immaculate, and the common area including the indoor swimming pool and fish pond was beautiful. I would definitely go back again.

“Fine place to stay, open year round”

Everything here was very satisfactory. Half the rooms look into the atrium where the swimming pool is and you can hear people in there since it's kind of echo-ey, but the pool is only open from 8 am to 10 pm, so after that it's quiet. Those rooms each have a balcony that looks down into the pool area. The pool was nice and warm and the whirlpool was fine, though very foamy. My only slight issue was that the interior of the hotel smells a little chlorine-y from the pool. I don't know if that is true for the outward-facing rooms too. But everything was in good shape and very satisfactory. We didn't dine at the hotel's restaurant, but like the hotel, it is open year round, unlike most other places.

“Perfect for families”

My 12 year old and I stayed a night over Feb. vacation in order to visit my mother in Orleans. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. When we checked in (an hour early - no problem) the nice clerk told us about the games and programs that were offered during vacation and welcomed us to stay the following day for a 2 pm program -even though it was after check-out. The room was clean, beds comfortable and bathroom spotless. The hotel is undergoing updates - new carpets, paint etc... but the workmen were not bothersome or loud at all. The pool was the hit and it was also clean and well maintained. The hotel is on busy highway 6 and not a lot is nearby so you do need a car to go for food - especially in the winter. Overall great staff, clean, nice hotel and great fit for families.

“A nice winter getaway”

We'd gone to the Four Point by Sheraton to visit a family member living nearby, but on a frigid February day the spacious sunny pool enclosure was the warmest place on Cape Cod! Our sizable room was comfortable clean and conveniently laid out, we liked the balcony onto the pool area, the chaise longue in the room, the sparkling bathroom, and enjoyed the heck out of the pool and whirlpool. Being so familiar with the area, we didn't need much direction but maps and guidebooks were readily available and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We'd go back.

“Hotel needs updating”

Work is going on but this hotel looks "well traveled" and needs to have updating completed throughout. Indoor swimming area is nice, but 10pm closing is not enforced and sleeping was badly compromised due to noise. I have stayed here many times and the location and people are great, but even though it was "off-season" it is no excuse for a lack of security to keep the echo chamber from creating disturbance.

“Dirty Hotel-Would not return!”

After checking in, our first greeting was completely filthy hallways and stairs leading to the second floor. Never saw an elevator so had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. Room was large but carpet was poorly vacuumed and there was dirt in tub and sink! We were grossed out and asked expedia for early check out and refund, which they kindly granted. Would never go back!

“Would definitely stay here again!”

We planned our vacation to the Cape at the last minute and were looking for clean, quiet accommodations at a convenient location. We found all of that in addition to helpful service. We would gladly stay here again
