Lovely and peaceful, on an estuary. Excellent housekeeping! It feels remote, but the dining options of Hyannis are just a few miles away. This was in October. I'm sure it's different in the summer.

Studio with an efficiency kitchen with grocery nearby. Convenient location to explore all that Cape Cod offers. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again - very relaxing!

This was our first stay and it won't be our last! We found the hotel to offer everything we wanted. We had a beautiful view of the water from our room. We enjoyed the huge room with full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and a nice deck to sit outside. The management team is wonderful! They are friendly and helpful. We liked how the hotel is quiet and away from stores and restaurants but close enough to Hyannis and other villages to sightsee or grab the ferry to Nantucket. We ate a leisurely breakfast in our room every morning and watched fishermen, boats, and others on the water.

Room had a musty smell. No sidewalk to room had to drag suitcases across wet grass. Beautiful coastline and beach. Front desk outstanding

Very nice relaxing setting, directly on the water way, overlooking beech and ocean, able to open up the windows and front door, for an ocean breeze thru the entire rental….Nice kitchen, pretty comfortable beds, 2 bedrooms/2 beds in each. Office was very responsive and helpful!

Such a lovely property! Nice private bay beach, large refreshing pool and comfortable room. Even for an older beach property, the room did not smell musty (it smelled fine to us, but if you like to utilize dresser drawers, bring your own scented liners.) We had one minor issue that Ryan the manager attended to quickly. Karen at check in was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

This was a lovely family friendly resort. We appreciated all of the "extras" that came with the property including the entertaining pirate scavenger hunt, 1 pm popsicles, miniature golf, canoeing equip etc. Only suggestion: should post a sign about the jellyfish that come in during tide change.

My first time there. Would definitely come back again. Everyone was very nice. Lovely beach that's nice to walk or to sit by in the evening in the chairs. My ONLY complaint is the parking. They charged me an additional $50/night for parking. I hate when places pull this type of stunt. I'm already paying nearly $900/night to stay there and at check-in they do this. NOT COOL!!!

This resort was immaculate. I don't know when I've been somewhere that was kept so clean. We loved all the amenities at Green Harbor and the peaceful beach access, and we'll be back!

So quaint and relaxing
The resort is so quaint and everything that you would want to have staying on the Cape. It could use some updating in the decor and the finishes, but everything is so clean and comfortable. The beach is wonderful, the pool is heated and lovely. The staff was warm and welcoming. It was a wonderful place to stay to explore the Cape and so close to Hyannis with the shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Green Harbor to others.

The resort was comfortable and had a LOT of fun things for the family to do. There is a private beach area with lounge chairs, a small mini golf course, cornhole, canoes, laundry facilities, and many others. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would return to this property again and again. We could have easily spent more time here and may do so next time!

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean. The location is great, amazing view. The furniture is a little outdated but it’s in really good condition and well kept. Overall really happy with our stay. Highly recommended and will be back again.

Overall, my stay was pretty good. The buildings themselves are old and my unit definitely smelled moldy. The interior is also very outdated. However, the grounds were very peaceful and quiet, with a nice beach view. All of our appliances worked and the staff was helpful anytime we had a problem.

Perfection on the Cape
Everything was perfect. The Staff were awesome, the setting was gorgeous, the grounds were immaculate, the cottage was comfy and cozy. Did I mention the Staff? Yeah, they were that good.

The hotel was more like a cottage. Very clean and well maintained. Right on the bay with the mist spectacular sunsets.

Most units have view of Lewis Bay. The units are very clean. The staff was great and professional, plus friendly and very helpful. Plumbing of sink is not the best, which needs faster water drainage.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We loved the private beach. The resort was nice and the staff was very friendly. We are a family of 6 and felt the resort fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed peace and quiet at the resort but didn't have to go too far for shopping, dining, etc.

Enjoyable
This hotel has no food options (just a vending machine for drinks) but there was a lot to amuse the kids: mini golf on site, a pool, the beach, corn hull, bikes with helmets, canoes, shuffle board. We were tired from our other travels and were happy to stay right at the hotel enjoying the available activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
