“Good, clean hotel”

Ok so it's not within walking distance of anywhere but only a short drive to Falmouth Village and Surf Drive beach. Pro's. The hotel was is situated in a rural area, which was nice and quiet. The restaurant food was good and fairly reasonably priced. Font desk staff were friendly and welcoming, Wouuld definitely use this hotel as a base for exploring more of Cape Cod in the future. Cons. Not many really, having stayed in 2 other H Inns on this trip it came out middle for room size and bed size, not the biggest double beds in the world but comfy enough. We booked a room for 3 people which included breakfast. However, said included breakfast came in the form of a credit voucher, which I felt wasn't enough and we ended up paying more. Finally, and not just this hotel, but why do you have to pay extra for a fridge and why is there no 'in room' safe?

“Would definitely recommend.”

The hotel is not new, but has been maintained very well. The location is great, in a quiet setting with trees and a lake across the street. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The only possible drawback is that the hotel is not within walking distance to downtown, which was not a problem for us.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff Complimentary coffee in lobby was nice touch Comfortable and close Very close to downtown Falmouth Cons: A little dated No fan in bathroom resulted in a very hot sauna-like experience Overall: Very convenient and comfortable place to stay for a short trip to the Cape.

THe only problem with the room is the heating unit-it makes too much noise.Some one told me alot of hotels have the same kind of heating units.Maybe being a bit north those kind of units are the only practical energy saving way.

“gave us exactly what we asked for”

We booked this hotel only for one night for a quick trip to Cape Cod and to be honest we couldn't find any faults other than the pillows used on the beds. You either have firm or soft. The firm makes you feel like your sleeping with your neck tilted at an uncomfortable level whilst the soft .... well you may as well not use them. Something in between wouldbe great. We would def go back to this hotel if we were wanting to visit the area again. The clam chowder in the resuarent is fabulous as well.

“Pleased with one night stay”

Front desk girl was excellent, friendly and helpful. Hotel was perfect for what we were doing (wedding nearby); close to town and harbor. Hallway had a stale beer scent, but over all else was good. Room was clean (one chair had a broken leg, but no big deal) bed was very comfortable; shower was great.

“Good for a quick stopover.”

This room was certainly adequate for a weekend stopover to see my son at the Highfield Theater. However, the lack of an elevator or ramp to move luggage through all the levels of hallways seems a bit odd, especially for the price per night. Also, again, because of the price, shouldn't there be a small refrigerator in the room? Ice just does not cut it. The TV was a new flat screen but the cable channels were sparse and the remote was extremely slow to function.

“Typical old and poor quality Holiday Inn”

I checked in on a Tuesday in November and was put 2 floors down in what would be considered the basement. There are no elevators. When walking around to find things I realized they were putting the few guests down there because it is where the housekeeping crew is located. Close to the laundry, etc. The room was not clean and one could easily see the dust and dirt around the furniture that had not been moved or vacuumed for months. When stepping behind the chair to put on the light I step barefoot on crumbs! The heater sounded like a jet plane. The comforter had burn holes even though it was a non smoking room.
