“Make sure you get the room with a loft”

We've stayed at this hotel twice now. It has some great amenities with the indoor pool and rooms with a loft and balcony. However, when we arrived at the hotel they put us in a room directly next to screaming children and people playing guitars and singing. We didn't understand why they seemed to clump everyone together in one location in the hotel seeing that they were not particularly busy at this time of year. At 10pm we requested a new room and they quickly obliged. The room had a loft and balcony, which was very unexpected, at no additional charge. The room was a little worn down and could use some upkeep, but overall would be a nice place to stay in the summer with family.

Area recommendations

Cape Cod/Hyannis: near local mall and short drive to beach.

“very happy”

the room was clean. pool was very nice. easy to get to and not far from main street you still have to drive there but easy to get there. hotel service was very good. the bar and resturant at the hotel was nice and food was tastie. Its going to be an option for next years vacation.

“Third year at this location convenient . on main strip near mall, beaches and restaurants”

This was my third year staying at this hotel. 2nd year booked via expedia. I think the price is great for the location. Restaurants, main street and beaches are near. There is also a small gym, hot tube and pool in the hotel. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it is located on a busy strip and you do have to drive through these round-abouts (that are very confusing. because there are no lines on the ground and mass drivers will not yeld. I heard that these Rotary’s are all over the cape. other then the traffic. I enjoy the hotel and the location.

Area recommendations

This place is great for a family stay with young children. Busy area but worth it to be close to shopping beaches and main st.

Getting around

you will need a car to go to the beach and main st. but you will not be driving far because every thing is with in 7 miles distance from the hotel.

“Extremely Satisfied!”

Check in was quick and the staff friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable - loved all the pillows! Also had a great shower with real water pressure.

“Great place for a reasonable price”

We've stayed in almost every hotel in Hyannis, and this one was a great one for a reasonable price. The room was very clean (I have a 7-month old and didn't mind her crawling around on the floor!) The bathroom was completely updated, the pool was great, the outside patio area was wonderful and the bar was amazing!

“Not impressed”

The facilities are old and out-of-dated, which are also not as colse to the water front as it is described. The pricing is too high with the existing conditions although the front desk service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine.

Area recommendations

The ocean front, the sightseeing on the boat, fishing and window shopping are great.

Outdoors or beach

The deep sea fishing is the best in Hyannis bothe for the adults and children. The services from HY line can make your trips for sightseeing and fishing an unforgettable experience with the very affordable prices.

“Cape Cod Fun”

We had a great time. Very kid friendly. Near every shop you could imagine. The beaches were so close and beautiful. Would have enjoyed an outdoor pool..but it was just as well with the indoor pool No complaints from our kids. Last minute vacation for only two days and it felt like we were in the Cape for a week. Very relaxing and fun.

Area recommendations

Main Street in Hyannis due to the shops, dining, and duck boat tour..lots of fun. Barnstable beach was great too.
