Check in was quick and the staff friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable - loved all the pillows! Also had a great shower with real water pressure.

“Great place for a reasonable price”

We've stayed in almost every hotel in Hyannis, and this one was a great one for a reasonable price. The room was very clean (I have a 7-month old and didn't mind her crawling around on the floor!) The bathroom was completely updated, the pool was great, the outside patio area was wonderful and the bar was amazing!

the room was clean. pool was very nice. easy to get to and not far from main street you still have to drive there but easy to get there. hotel service was very good. the bar and resturant at the hotel was nice and food was tastie. Its going to be an option for next years vacation.

“Great Hotel”

We booked this trip on Friday and left on Saturday. When I checked in they had no more of the rooms left that I had paid for so they upgraded us for free to a 2 floor suite. It was clean and perfect. There was an outside deck a jacuzzi, giant king bed and a living room. The whole hotel was clean. Everyone was friendly. The hallways are looooong though so make sure to park at the door closest to your room! Don't go to the seafood place across the street if you do remember to check for ketchup!

From the moment I was greeted at the hotel I felt good about my choice. The hotel was perfected located for the vacationing, sightseeing, dining and shopping that I wanted to do on Cape Cod.

We usually stay at the Cape Codder or Marriot. Thought we'd try the Holiday Inn. It was a bit cheaper-though that really wasn't much of a factor. The room was a little nicer than either of the other two. Albeit a bit smaller in terms of square footage. The higher ceilings make the rooms feel bigger. For the $$ a real good value. The irony is: in the Hyannis area, there really isn't a first class hotel. There are many, many hotels- but there seems to be this acceptable level of mediocrety. I stay in hotels there 6-8 times a year. I'll stay at the Holiday Inn more often now.

“Third year at this location convenient . on main strip near mall, beaches and restaurants”

This was my third year staying at this hotel. 2nd year booked via expedia. I think the price is great for the location. Restaurants, main street and beaches are near. There is also a small gym, hot tube and pool in the hotel. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it is located on a busy strip and you do have to drive through these round-abouts (that are very confusing. because there are no lines on the ground and mass drivers will not yeld. I heard that these Rotary’s are all over the cape. other then the traffic. I enjoy the hotel and the location.
