“Make sure you get the room with a loft”

We've stayed at this hotel twice now. It has some great amenities with the indoor pool and rooms with a loft and balcony. However, when we arrived at the hotel they put us in a room directly next to screaming children and people playing guitars and singing. We didn't understand why they seemed to clump everyone together in one location in the hotel seeing that they were not particularly busy at this time of year. At 10pm we requested a new room and they quickly obliged. The room had a loft and balcony, which was very unexpected, at no additional charge. The room was a little worn down and could use some upkeep, but overall would be a nice place to stay in the summer with family.

“Disappointed”

Small room. Only place to sit and use computer or read was in front of heater that ran at high speed either hot or cold. Outer translucent drapes blew all over in exhaust of heater. Inner heavy drapes were too narrow to pull and block off the window. Overpriced for size of room and poor heating system.

“not great”

hotel lobby and pool were well maintained and good looking. Rooms were just ok - no covers on the pillows, somewhat dark and older. Outside of the Hotel, the grounds were very old, broken door, no flowers and very uninviting. However, the pool was very big and clean. Bad news was that the second day we were there, the lifeguard called in sick and we couldn't use the pool all day. They made back up plans with another hotel but it was a pain.

“Not impressed”

The facilities are old and out-of-dated, which are also not as colse to the water front as it is described. The pricing is too high with the existing conditions although the front desk service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine.

“Dated and a bit tired but friendly staff”

The hotel was fine for our purposes - to attend a nearby wedding. It would not have been acceptable if we were there on vacation. The halls are dated and tired looking. The rooms were small but functional. The staff was pleasant and helpful - they made up for the lack of decor.

“never again”

there were so many kids in the pool that they had to clear the pool for twenty minuites to clear up the ph level we all know what that means. You could not sit in the hot tub with out being splashed repeadedly by all the unsupervised children. Even the life guard on duty was not paying any attension. The rooms were severly out dated, and not kept up in any way shape or form, from what I can tell the only thing this hotel had going for them was the ramada's name, thats why I ended up there.
