“Great Visit!”
Right in the heart of town. Across the street from the Ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Hotel restaurant closed because of the time of year.
“Time of our lives”
We really enjoyed location, and local restaurants . Having been to the cape several times we have found central location is great. We were able to go from one end to the other. And taking the Ferries was a breeze. The hotel was well kept , employees helpful and friendly . Would love to return.

“It is what it is”
The hotel was ok. We loved the location because we like water activities. We needed to change our date due to Hurricane Irene and there was a bit of confusion prior to our arrival but all was taken care of. Our room had an obstructed view of the parking lot. There was a lot of people traffic through our hall way and we heard every door opening and closing. The bathroom and sleeping area were huge because it was a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was clean but not aesthetically pleasing. We basically used the room to sleep and shower only. We were out all day exploring and enjoying the sites. It was a fair price for what we needed.
“great location but......”
as the title says .. it was a great location , however .. without getting into a lengthy list of complaints .. they could do a better job there .. the rooms are small , dead bugs , shower head falling on me , unable to run a tab and have it placed on my bill ( one of the main reasons I stayed there was to have access to a poolside bar) I could go on but .. It is a lovely location , nicely landscaped and close ( walking distance ) to the main st .
“Great Girls Getaway”
This hotel was wonderful. Great location. The property looked 90% recently updated. Deck, pool, hot tub, fire pit, restaurant, giant lawn chess all wicked cool. Although, not all rooms have a good view...we had to change rooms because it seemed rediculous to be at a hotel on Hyannis harbor with the balcony viewing the side of a building. The only other drawback was that the hotel was a bit "maze - like" .
“Hotel was nice but the room was a little tattered”
The hotel location was great and the hotel was very nice except for the room. The rug was tattered and soiled and the bathroom in need of updating.
“Great location not great services”
Great location right across from Hy-Line Ferry and right next to some great eats. But the fact that they charge for local calls from the room is insane. They also charge for parking even if you have a room. And they also have an indoor pool they only open if it rains. Like I said great location not the best services
“for 3+star hotel coulda been alot better!”
Well, except for the fact that check in is at 3pm and our room was not ready until 5pm. No comp drink, but thank god it was nice and the bar served alchol. No hot water. Maintenance came and told us to run the hot water for 4min to get hot water. Not so much mediocre warm water is what was achieved! Parking... yes it is free, yes you get a parking placard, but if you come back to hotel after dark the parking spaces are taken by local restaurant patrons and when the front desk tells you to park in the handicap parking spot overnite that's really not ok. So do you wait up until 12am when they say they will tow now hotel patrons cars or do you park on the street and risk your own car getting towed? Also, the beach is NOT a 10min walk. And it cost $20 to park. Cleanliness awesome. Pool great. Audette at front desk super. Not sure we will be checking in any time in the near future or ever due to the previous stated. For a 3+ star hotel coulda been a lot better!
“Our very favorite Cape Cod hotel”
Loved everything about this hotel. It's located directly in the harbor, you see and hear ferries coming and going - very soothing. Room, pool, everything was the cleanest. Try to get the room which is facing the courtyard and the pool, not the ones, which face the back parking lot. It's just more fun. We recommend the place very highly. THe sweetest hotel manager gave us a free upgrade.
