Rooms are very clean, and comfortable,over all hotel very nice and well up kept,2 pools open 9AM to 9PM very clean,1 pool open at a time because they have a lifeguard.Hotel close to downtown Hyannis,and ferry serices across the street.I would give this Hotel an 8+

Hotel was ideally situated for ferries to Nantucket and Martha's vineyard. Lovely large room that was clean and comfortable. Lovely reception lobby and outside bar area. Would definitely go there again.

This hotel is the BEST location in Hyannis. Directly across from the harbor and within walking distance of Main Street and a great public beach. The hotel did a great job on the new outdoor restaurant and pool area. We plan on returning again soon.

“Great Cape getaway hotel!”

Rooms recently re-done, loved the decor! Very "Cape Cod". When we first arrived at the room the heater hadn't been truned on which front desk let us know. We turned it on and after about an horu its still hadn't heated up. It was VERY cold and rainy out so we were freezing. We called front desk and they sent a maintenance man to fix it. He fixed it and it worked from then on. Excellent location, right near the harbor. Right around the corner from Main Street Hyannis. I have been going to Cape Cod for 25 years and I have been to many hotels during off-season. This hotel was by far the nicest I have been to. I would highly recommend! I'd love to go back in the summer!

“Phenomenal”

Hotel was so clean, rooms were quite large and the beds were comfortable. Had a nice balcony with a sliding glass door to read on, and a fridge was provided. Only negative was a smaller sized bathroom, but this did not take away from how nice the place was.

My girlfriend and I found the hotel to be a great place to stay. Not only was it clean, but the staff was very nice and the hotle was in a great location (you could walk to most places). I would definitely stay there again and plan on it, and I would recommmend the hotel to others.
