Can't Say Enough...Posted Oct 10, 2014
BEAUTIFUL, COZY PLACE: comfortable beds, fireplaces, a balcony on the main stretch, and a quiet little garden retreat in back. WONDERFUL STAFF: Julie is all heart and Rich totally has the pulse of the place. Every recommendation or suggestion was spot on! You can tell these folks love their job and their town. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING: where the town wharf meets Commercial Street... Location! Location! Location! Trust these people to take care of you. We spent our honeymoon with them and they made us feel like bazillion dollars. We will always remember their kindness and hospitality. Can't say enough...

Excellent locationPosted Jun 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Perfect location, newly updated, clean and quaint. Rooms are small but there is a nice back patio/deck area used for light breakfast service as well as a nice place to relax. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

P-Town on your doorstep!Posted Jun 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our host was friendly & steered us to some great local surprises at area sites. It could not be any more convienent to all of the attractions being right on commercial street. The one drawback that went in hand with that location was hearing the music from the store below our room during the day. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Staying at Lotus was not bad at all. Staff was very polite and friendly. The only issue was that my room or bed was never made during my three night stay. The only way I received fresh towels was by being asked before leaving the room. I had to share a bathroom which is not an issue, but the garbage in the bathroom was nearly overflowing by the time I was ready to checkout. The location is excellent, but it would have been nice to have come back to the room with fresh sheets.

P Town at ChristmasPosted Dec 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The afternoon we arrived in town we were a few blocks from the guest house and my phone rings. It was the lady from the Lotus guest house calling to ask about our arrival time. I was surprised but very thankful still yet. Being the low season she was just letting us know that we were welcome to check in early and that she was in and out so an estimate of our arrival time would be wonderful. We agreed to meet in 10 minutes and so we did. She took us too our room and insured we were happy with the arrangements we had made. Then went through a dinning guide with us and advised us of what stores she thought were open. She explained that breakfast was from 9-11 and asked what time we got up and we said around 7 and she said she would set up a pot of coffee for us and all we would need to do is turn it on. Next morning I was up and out taking some photos of the sunrise and came if for coffee. I have no idea what coffee they use but I loved it. The bagels they serve are from a local bakery not some frozen and thawed store bought mess. She brought in a little muffin tin in with 2 blueberry muffins and two cranberry muffins in it an plucked them out into the little basket for our breakfast as well. I am super please with the room and will be recommending it to any and all friends who are going to the cape. Very few stores were open bit the ones who were the owner was right there and we made great deals and had wonderful conversations.

Friendly and perfectly situatedPosted Oct 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
This B&B is located minutes from the pier and central to everything. We had to park 2 blocks away, but we never once had to use the car during our stay. We had access to 2 decks and the staff are all very friendly and cheerful. The only downside is that the rooms are not well sound insulated.

Not the Best Choice for your aging ParentsPosted Oct 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room itself was small but new and very clean. With that said, there were alot of steps to get up to the main floor which was not so easy for our parents to manouver. It is really in the center of town which is convenient to everything BUT it gets noisy early for the same reason so sleeping past 7am could be difficult. Breakfast was a little disappointing based on what we heard from other B&Bs but you just had to walk to the main street to find what you needed. This place was neither good or bad, guess it depends on what you are looking for.

Noisy, poor window treatments & no parkingPosted Sep 30, 2013
Pros: nice renovation and friendly help.
Cons: Proper window treatments and sound proofing are needed. Free parking. Need better lines and pillows which were bricks for the price.
Location: Lots to do in Ptown
Staff was very nice and helpful however the street noise in downtown Ptown is loud and you hear everything. Also if you care about a dark room to sleep in the Venetian blinds provide little help. Proper window treatments are needed. Also no one mentioned no parking at the inn. Need better lines and pillows which were bricks. Otherwise nice renovation (except for the sound proofing) and friendly help. Breakfast room right next to guest room is too noisy.

Convenient to EverythingPosted Sep 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
A very pleasant hotel, almost like a quaint bed & breakfast! Right in the center of town, on the main street. So convenient for shopping the numerous local shops and getting to the beach. Very friendly staff that kept everything in good order. Absolutely no complaints, and I would definitely stay there again!
