Lovely grounds designed with a visionPosted Oct 16, 2014
Almost stayed in smallest room there but luckily upgraded to lovely, spacious double bed room with patio, back away from the road. Grounds beautifully designed. Had coffee on patio and listened to gurgling waterfall. Visited off season so restaurant was closed and continental breakfast a big disappointment with stale croissants, no butter or jam, and over-the-hill fruit. Staff very helpful. Stayed extra night

Personnel très dévoué - cher en haute saisonPosted Jul 26, 2014
Hotel charmant, très accueillant pour les familles, personnel très serviable. Très bien localisé pour visiter Cape Cod. Tarifs un peu élevés en haute saison.

pleasant everything in the bayPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: the garden, the rooms, the service. quiet and relaxing.beautiful
Cons: the fridge and the AC units are a little too noisy.
Location: Right off the highway, however quiet...Nothing much to do around the hotel, but Chatham and Provincetown are a easily reachable by car
first of all - the garden, second- the staff, third- the room. everything in a perfect harmony. There's an artist's eye for details which creates the perfect ambiance for a relaxing stay. The entire property is well maintained and the rooms have all you need.

Wonderful stay! This resort exceeds expectations!Posted Sep 30, 2013
Pros: Everything -- see above
Location: Great location and they have great maps available for you, along with restaurant recommendations, etc.
I can't say enough about Pleasant Bay Village. We loved everything about it...from the charming room to the grounds that rivaled any large garden area. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and polite....food was good. Didn't get a chance to explore all 6+ acres. It was just like a pleasant little community of cottages -- many with weber grills, outdoor patio tables and chairs -- ponds, waterfalls, artwork. One of the nicest places I have every stayed! So much nicer than a cold/sterile-looking motel or hotel. Would love to stay there for several weeks and just explore the whole Cape and visit the beaches, etc. Great town, great shopping, restaurants....and on and on!

VACATION PAR EXCELLENCEPosted Jul 21, 2013
Pros: We loved the well-kept grounds, the beautiful pool, the delightful breakfast room, the accommodating help (in every area).
Cons: Instead of a standard room, we will take the EXTRA DELUXE KING.
Location: COVERED IN #1 QUESTION.
It exceeded our expectations. CHATHAM is a beautiful area. We visited PROVINCETOWN which was interesting and fun. We took the ferry to NANTUCKET, which was scenic and bustling and the people extremely friendly and helpful.

Nicely decorated rooms located on beautifully landscaped grounds with waterfalls, a pond, great foliage. Very peaceful and relaxing. Close to Chatham and many excelent restaurants.
