“Great place!”

Great place. Location is fabulous. Everyone at the house was attentive and professional. And the morning mini-muffins are delicious. WOuld certainly stay again.

“Charming Place”

The Prince Albert Guest House has a charming exterior with little gardens and seating areas just outside the front door. The inn is located well for strolls around Provincetown and has views of the water right across the street. We stayed there with family members and have no complaints at all. The self-serve breakfast was plentiful and varied; the recommendation for a restaurant led us to one of the best meals we had on the Cape. The service even went beyond our stay. We'd left behind a tote bag of gifts/souvenirs--not particularly valuable, but special to us. The owner graciously packed it up to send to us Fed-Ex. We'd stay there again.

“Expensive but centrally located inn in Ptown”

A nice guest house in the center of Ptown, right across from the Boat Slip. The owners are nice and the rooms are OK - but the place is kind of old and needs some work. All the rooms have AC and ceiling fans, as well as flat screens, although I thought they were small. Be warned that Ptown in season is expensive - I paid way more for this place than I did for a downtown hotel in Boston. Still, the draw is the beach and the town and the nonstop party.
