Nice hotel close to the beach.Posted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Attentiveness of staff and the breakfasts. Loved the front patio. Also enjoyed having our dog fix during our stay,
It was far enough from "downtown" to be quiet and restful. We loved sitting in the shade of the pear tree and watching the parade of love go by.

Wonderful experience!Posted Jul 26, 2013
First time to Provincetown. Beautiful B&B - friendly people and located right in the middle of everything. Great outdoor area in front for people watching! We were right on the first floor and did not hear any outside noise at night so it was perfect! We will definitely want to do this again.

a sweet spot for a get-awayPosted Jun 18, 2013
Pros: Proximity to everything-Great hosts-the beauty of the place.
Cons: i would have enjoyed a discount on parking. We spent $40. for parking in the public lot.
Location: It's Provincetown !!
My husband and I stayed at the Prince Albert guest house from June 14 until June 16 (two nights). Our bedroom (#5) was small, but very well appointed. Our private bathroom was very small, but also well appointed. Everything was very clean. The house was beautiful. Hosts, Bob and Steven were wonderful. When I told them that my husband was a very early riser, they prepared a cup of coffee for him, saran wrapped it and placed it on the counter for him so that he could reheat it in the microwave when he awoke. Ultra-continental breakfasts were available each morning. We loved sitting in the front yard on the sofas just reading or looking out at the bay, or just enjoying the atmosphere of Provincetown. Our stay was short but very restful.

Expensive but centrally located inn in PtownPosted May 27, 2012
Pros: Great location
Location: Centrally located in Ptown, a walk to the ferry from Boston
A nice guest house in the center of Ptown, right across from the Boat Slip. The owners are nice and the rooms are OK - but the place is kind of old and needs some work. All the rooms have AC and ceiling fans, as well as flat screens, although I thought they were small. Be warned that Ptown in season is expensive - I paid way more for this place than I did for a downtown hotel in Boston. Still, the draw is the beach and the town and the nonstop party.

Nice service in old buildingPosted Nov 1, 2011 on Hotels.com
The inn keeper was very nice and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast and feel was like you were staying at a friend's place while on vacation. The only issue was the building is a bit old and the windows were hard to open.

Charming PlacePosted Oct 20, 2011
The Prince Albert Guest House has a charming exterior with little gardens and seating areas just outside the front door. The inn is located well for strolls around Provincetown and has views of the water right across the street. We stayed there with family members and have no complaints at all. The self-serve breakfast was plentiful and varied; the recommendation for a restaurant led us to one of the best meals we had on the Cape. The service even went beyond our stay. We'd left behind a tote bag of gifts/souvenirs--not particularly valuable, but special to us. The owner graciously packed it up to send to us Fed-Ex. We'd stay there again.
