“Great bargain”

Clean, convenient to attractions and dining. Not crazy about Sleep Number beds but still a wonderful place to stay!

“What a great hotel this was!”

We loved this hotel. Staff was great. Room was very clean. Loved the Sleep Number beds. Bathrooms could have had vents--got a little warm after shower. Salt water pool refreshing--should add some foliage to the room, though. Overall, I give this hotel a 5 out of 5!

“Only one problem”

They recently went to all nonsmoking rooms and the room we got had been a smoking room. They need to replace all of those pillows and com forters.

“Excellent value”

Would definitely stay at this hotel again; good location, very pleasant staff on reception; allocated a huge room with 2 very comfortable beds; coffee making facilities and hairdryer in the room. Food, drinks and service in the bistro excellent. Huge range of shops and restaurants nearby and convenient for the ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket.

“wonderful staff”

My husband is oxygen dependent and we were treated with such kindness by all the staff. Equipment from our oxygen company was waiting for us upon our arrival and the staff helped us get this to our room promply. We were given the option on arrival for a room with a handicapped style bathroom which we took. It was easily accessible to our car and the extra room in the bathroom was wonderful as well as the jacuzzi style tub! On the down side, the room seemed small and I am not a big fan of the furniture design but it was extremely comfortable especially with its sleep number bed which was so much fun. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Since this may end up being an "annual appointment" for me this will be our first pick.

“my new first choice on cape cod”

I was thrilled with every aspect of this hotel and we travel quite a bit. There is not one thing i would have thought needed improvement and the employees were more than friendly and helpful.
