“Will definitely go back!!”

Although this hotel/resort is a little pricey, it was worth it to stay there. My family only left once to go out to dinner during our 2 night/3 day stay. The beach is nice, pools are nice, food is good. Rooms are clean, but the beds are a little uncomfortable (too hard). Overall I would go back, it was a nice place to spend the weekend!

“Excellent off-season right on the ocean”

April vacation and want to pretend that it's summer in New England? The way to go is to reserve an oceanfront room at the Red Jacket. The prices are nearly affordable, and the views out to Parker River, the white sand beach, and Long Island Sound are perfect. There are just enough people around to make you feel that you're part of something happening without also feeling like you can't move due to the crowds. When the beach gets impassable due to rising winds, come back into your room, close the slider, and look out, pretending that it's just another hot and sunny day in paradise. One interesting off-season feature was that the restaurant was open in the evenings for a themed buffet that was very affordable and convenient.

“Cape Cod's Best”

Gorgeous location and gorgeous hotel made for a very memorable wedding. The hotel is on the tip of Cape Cod and it's well manicured grounds create the perfect nature's compliment. The furniture has old school charm but is well maintained. All the amenities are conveniently located within the complex. The beach is steps away and beautifully kept. I recommend it to anyone wishing to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

“Red Jacket Resort in S. Yarmouth... Rocks!!!!”

Our only disappointment is that they are now closed for the Winter and we will have to wait until Spring to enjoy this outstanding resort again. We simply wanted a "get away weekend" at the Cape and discovered the Red Jacket Inn... with it's outstanding staff, fun Halloween Party (we didn't bring costumes but totally enjoyed the party)... The Service for breakfast on Halloween morning as we departed was a bit slow (we took into account that it was their last open day prior to closing for the season).. not a big deal. Great, incredibly kept grounds, our Ocean Front Room was breathtaking, it was clean, comfortable and a Great Staff. You won't be disappointed by staying at the Red Jacket Inn in South Yartmouth. We'll be back !!

“Great place for kids...”

We had a great time on our vacation. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the beach. It wasn't very clean, LOTS of seaweed, but other than that, a wonderful place to say. We will be going back next year but we'll be hanging by the pool again.

Enjoyed our stay on a wonderful October weekend. They have an indoor pool, restaurant, and gym. This weekend they had firework right outside our room. Will go back..............

“Lovely even in the fall”

Nice hotel for family getaway. We enjoyed the large private beach. Close to several nice restaurants, but located in a quite area off the main roads. Centrally located along the cape for easy access to tourist activities. Really enjoyed the special manager's reception.

“Beautiful surroundings and oceanfront room.”

Dolphin fountains and ocean views was an absolutely beautiful setting for our 30th wedding anniversary get-away in October. Making a quick trip to Cape Cod for a 3-night stay at the Red Jacket Resort was definitely worth the hassle of a 3-legged flight from Detroit to Hyannis. A real tranquil, peaceful setting with just the crashing of the waves breaking the silence was spiritual and beautiful flowers everywhere. The walk from the parking lot to our room was a little much, but we got our exercise doing it! Used the exercise equipment above the indoor pool - great location looking over the outdoor pools and ocean.

“Lovely Hotel, Great Service”

I picked this hotel because it was in the area I was looking for and on the beach. We went off season (October) and when checking in was told they upgraded our room from "river view" to "ocean view" at no extra charge because they had availablity. I was extremely impressed. Beach was lovely, room was lovely, grounds were lovely and service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be definelty returning in the future.
