“Good time, good hotel”

We admittedly got there a bit early that day and went to check in to see if any rooms were available as yet. It wouldn't have surprised me if they said no, not yet but the woman on the desk was quite rude. She did give us our parking pass to park to car which was already parked underground. Room was as expected, clean, comfortable and overlooked the pier and pool at the hotel. In the morning they gave a complimentary continental breakfast - not too much of a selection but what do you want for a continental breakfast. Staff at the pool area was great, friendly, "how are you doing today?", etc. They went out of their way to show us a good time out there as well as the bartender who was also great! We had no problems at all and enjoyed our stay.

“Great place for being "In the Party"”

Check in was easy, Laura is great on top of everything. Had a veranda room overlooking the pool, quite literally. After tea dance is was quiet and easy to sleep. The room was a little quirky but well taken care of and very clean. Check it as ambiance.. lol If you want to be in the middle of the gay scene this is it.

“Great hotel + location”

The hotel is closer to the end of commercial street, but I personally prefer this side better. The hotel has a huge pool deck with steps down to the beach where you literally walk into the water with the last step. Perfect location on commercial and with free parking if that's important to you as well. Free breakfast in the lobby and private balcony with great views in every room. The staff is friendly and even show you to your room when you first arrive. Overall, a great experience! Will certainly return here again in the future.

“Best Place to Stay in P Town”

This hotel is perfect - right on the water and still part of all the action! The hotel is sort of at the end of all the shops and such, making it the perfect location! Everything is walking distcance, and the staff was the best!

“Best Location in Provincetown”

The staff was friendly. The hotel was attractive. The best feature was the proximilty to attractions. While they had dancing every night, the guests were respectful of others and the hotel was quiet after 9:00 p.m.

“Basic but fun”

This is basically a standard motel of not very high quality which happens to be rite by the sea in Provincetown's party district. The room was basic but functional (e.g. It had a fridge). The absolute highlight was the balcony overlooking the harbour - the view is outstanding. So, if you decide to stay here make sure you get a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean as the inland facing rooms looked very depressing. We were here in October so it was relatively subdued but if you go in party season be prepared for lots of loud music as it is very much a gay party hotel and the walls, floors and ceilings are thin. The noise of nighttime activities does travel! If you are looking for any sort of luxury then this probably isn't the place for you but if you're looking for somewhere fun and relaxed and go there with your eyes open to this then it's absolutely fine.

“Great location, great view, could use some updating”

This hotel is in a great location to be within walking distance of all the shops, galleries, and restaurants on Commercial Street. Great view from the balcony of the water and shoreline. The bathroom was very outdated and the bed was a little small, however, the place was clean. Overall an okay hotel.

“Good location, not for kids though!!”

My wife and I booked three nights because the front desk told her over the phone that they were family friendly. We have no problem with gay culture and we were ok with the tea party going on. When we get there, we were told that our two year old girl wasn't allowed on the deck and with kind of an attitude about it...as though we should have known better. They made us feel as though we were imposing the rest of our stay. The lines in their parking lot were hardly visible and apparently we didn't park well enough because when we went out to our car and there was a nasty note that our parking wasn't right. Maybe they're much nicer to gay couples. If you're hetero and/or family, i'd keep my distance.
