The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our suite was very clean and cozy. The main building was also really clean. We ate dinner at the tavern, both nights we were there. The service was excellent and the food was great!. The only thing that is not even a complaint, but maybe a potential concern for someone, would be the area rug in the living room of our unit was folded up on one corner. I work in senior living, so just happen to be very aware of things like this. It could be a tripping hazard for someone but again, that was not a complaint, rather just something I wanted to point out for awareness. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful with flowers decorating where able. The sign in was a nice welcome after a very rainy drive . Our 2 bedroom suite was on 2nd floor with steep steps. The suite was nice but lighting was inadequate in bedroom with king bed- there was no microwave or coffee machine. Apparently I didn’t what room held. Would I return- maybe but question where room was located.

The Queen suite was so nicely decorated. As we did love the look of the beds, the television position was odd. (if it could of been pulled out from the wall, the second bed could of seen it) The tavern was awesome, loved the look of it. Food and drink were great! Continental breakfast was ok.

With just about all rooms available, we were given an ungodly hot room with no way to control the heat. When we got to our room the bathroom window was wide open. I called the desk and the clerk and a large gentleman arrived. He admitted that there were certain rooms that had this problem, this being one of them. He fidgeted with the thermostat, which I had previously done to no avail. He said that should help. It didn’t. The radiator was boiling hot. On a cold winters night we slept with open windows. Never an offer to change rooms. Pretty tough really.

Gorgeous property right out of the gate from the area where you enter and check-in merging with the space to sit by the fireplace then the beautiful, rustic tavern and stunning event space in addition to the lovely, updated and spacious room just yards away for our overnight stay! Very friendly and kind staff as well! Could not be more impressed and pleased with our stay. Perfect balance of rustic, old Cape Cod charm and modern amenities. Superb!

Two bedroom king suite is great. It has 2 bedrooms and one common room. Only thing is you need to be able to climb 10-12 stairs, so very elderly folks should choose another option. The breakfast in the morning is good. Restaurant on site is good if a bit pricy. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

The inn was SO beautiful and all of the servers at the restaurant were so kind. They were easy to contact if anything was needed, and the quality of the television was great. The room was clean and comfy too! A bit cold, but cozy. Would definitely return!!

No hot water. Would not offer a late checkout even though I had no hot water. It was also a Monday and the place was empty so no reason I couldn’t stay a little past noontime. Horrible experience

A lovely overnight in Falmouth
The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the seat in the shower was weird. The staff were friendly and the food was awesome.

The Main building at the Inn was very quaint. We stayed in a room in an out building of the main Inn. It was far from the parking lot and had many many stairs. It was a lot to carry our bags to and from. The Inn had alot of vacant rooms because of the time of year (Dec 21,22) We don’t know why they put us in the furthest away room from everything. Restaurant and bar food was delicious and the staff was very accomodating and very pleasant. We enjoyed the live music too.

The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed ,the staff was lovely. We had a nice break at the restaurant.The only complaint is the wall is very thin between rooms and could hear the conversation directly behind us

So Quaint
We were only there two nights but I was completely happy with every aspect of our experience. The room, the service and the restaurant were all great! Our room was huge very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. A lovely, quaint hotel.

the staff was wonderful, but the room smelt like mold from the window unit AC- there was also no fire escape listed or fire extinguishers in the room or around the rooms, which felt odd

The service at hotel by Nancy at breakfast was great. My issue at check in was tough. I had booked this hotel for one night and because it was dog friendly. There was a problem when I brought dog as they needed to pick a room for the dog. I had to pay extra for that too and extra for the dog. This needs to be addressed on app. Cannot select dog room in addition to dog friendly hotel!

We stayed in the two bedroom suite, it was beautifully decorated and so nice and quiet. Staff in the hotel are wonderful and have lots of interesting stories that made our stay even more enjoyable. Def a place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful! Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the outdoor pond is peaceful. We stayed for a couple of days and it was the perfect spot to get to know Falmouth and Martha’s Vineyard.

Outdated but conviently located property that lacks contemporary features and modern hotelier's practices that the casual traveler expects such as complimentary water and coffee. Room furnishings, lighting, HVAC, privacy, and general appeal of decor all need updating. Overall property maintenance needs attention as well. While registration was easy with pleasant staff, checkout not possible until 7:30AM.

A great place to stay and enjoy.
Prompt and courteous check in. Very nice room with everything we needed. Our only disappointment was that Eli Tavern was not open. I understand, after talking to management that the season starts next week and she gave me an updated paper given the correct info. The continental breakfast was excellent! I hadn't expected such a nice buffet.
