Spotless, tasteful decor, grounds very well kept and very affordable. One of the nicest Inns we've stayed at in Provincetown.

“Great Breakfast Muffins!”

We came to the guest house on our honeymoon and had a great time. The owner was friendly and very knowledgable about the local area and told us some great places to visit/eat! The guest house was very well looked after and only a few minutes away from town so it is close enough without all of the noise from the clubs/bars in town. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definately look to go back when we next visit the Cape!!

We've stayed at many B & Bs, but this was above the rest in regards to conveniences & comfort. Along with the proximity to Commercial St., the very comfortable bed, meticulously clean rooms, lush garden settings with various outdoor seating areas, fresh baked muffins, this was an extraordinary B & B. the owners Gary & David, provide every detail of care & comfort for their guests.

“Wait 'till the weather's warm”

The room was great as was the breakfast/common room. The Continental breakfast itself was a little slim (no cereal at all). The problem was the heat - either not enough or too much. The first night we froze, the second night we sweltered. The staff knows that there's a problem, but failed to provide the easiest solution, a space heater.
