Good value for the price. Clean rooms and common areas . Pools clean and well maintained. Service was good. They have a breakfast restaurant called Helen's that was opened mornings. The food was excellent . The service was great and the price was right.

“Tidewater Inn - great value for your stay”

We had four people traveling and were afraid that the room would be too small to fit four. But when we walked in, the room was quite spacious. We slept very comfortably that night. Our favorite feature of the Tidewater Inn was the indoor and outdoor pools on the property, both kids and adults love them. The Diner on site is not too bad. Overall, we had a fun time and definitely come back here again if we are in town.

Fantastic little place, we were thrilled with the convenience and cleanliness of the Inn for the value. Excellent price and plenty of amenities; close by all attractions. The best of all is the gem of a diner located on property, we had the best breakfasts ever and the staff was warm and friendly. They even warmed our muffins to go! We love everyone at Helen's! Our room was clean and cared for and even had free ice for the cooler. The playground is great with flowers and a nice patio. The kids used the outdoor and/or indoor pool everynight, we can't wait to go back! Really nice vibe all over the property, very family friendly! Tip: use the HOJO option to get wifi in the room :)

“Look forward to going back to the Tidewater..”

My group consisted of 3 couples spending the weekend during the Cape Cod Clash weekend. Our rooms were clean with easy access from the corridor or outside. We were in the same building as the indoor pool, hot tub and the 50's diner. Breakfast was excellent and the waitress was the hit of the weekend. The nights were quiet and peaceful. Maid service did a great job as well as the main desk when we arrived and departed. I've put this place on my list of places to stay. Easy access from Route 28 traveling either way and DeParma an Italian Restaurant is within walking distance. It was a good weekend with no issues regarding our stay. Plan on the Tidewater anytime of year.....

i was worried at first when i picked this hotel. i never stayed here before and when i arrived i was excited. it is very friendly and clean. the rooms are good sized and i loved it. i plan on going there everytime i go to the cape.

1950's diner on property for Breakfast only, but prices are high and servings too large. We ate their one morning and would recommend one time only.

Place is situated close to all scenic places around Hyannis and the Cape. A good place for families travelling with kids.
