“Nice Hotel-Great Value”
Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel is older but kept up pretty well. Pool is very nice hot tubs jets for back do not work. Safe environment and clean with a great price we would stay again.
“Forgettable Experience”
The Yarmouth Resort room we stayed in was sterile and badly in need of a face-lift. The beds were easily 20-30 years old. Phone didn't work for our entire stay as well as two outlets in the kitchenette not working. Other rooms had new beds and flat screens, but we had a 17 inch tube. Staff was quite helpful and accommodating to any request. I would happily go back if my room was up to date and without glitches.
“Cycling Boston to Cape Cod!”
A friend and I decided to cycle from Boston to Cape Cod on a whim and left Boston in the morning. We had a wonderful day cycling and arrived over 100 miles and 10 hours later. The hotel was easy to find and right next to a few restaurants (the bagel place next door is excellent!) All in all, it was a nice experience. The hotel is fine, not spectacular but safe, quiet, and comfortable. Some of things (for example the TV) were a little on the older side, but we just wanted a hot shower and a comfortable at a reasonable price - goal accomplished!
“4th of july”
Very dissatisfied. checked in on friday 2nd left on sunday 4th. air conditioner blowing warm air. told desk on saturday morning, when we returned from beach, front of unit on floor and still blowing warm air. Left about 4 and returned around 11pm still front of unit on floor and blowing warm air. when we left no explanations nothing. We would definately not stay there again....
“Not Impressed”
First of all, this is no RESORT... Just a plain old motel with a couple of swimming pools. After booking 2 rooms through expedia, I called the hotel next day and was told that adjacent rooms were allotted to us. On the day of checking in, I found that the rooms were changed. I noticed that the room next to one of our rooms was not occupied. I told the manager the next day, she pondered for a second, then gave us the room. Was she just giving us a tough time because she could? One of the rooms had tiles, no carpet and it was freezing cold. Microwave broken. Other room had no microwave/coffee maker. TVs looked like they had been purchased from yard sales. No breakfast served.
“It was a nice place people were friendly”
the kids love the fact you can swim till eleven pm.
“Not Impressed”
The rooms smell like mold. Old fashion T.V's. No hair dryer. No ironing board, no iron. The pools are nice, I will recommend this hotel only for a few days, not for more than a week. Should be cheaper for the ammenities.
“Be back soon.”
Very close to the beach and restaurants.
“Not Impressed”
The room was a good size, but it lacked cleanliness. The sink in the bathroom was broken and the toilet made a horrible noise when it was flushed. The only good thing was the location. There are plenty of other less expensive hotels in the same area that are way better managed.
“Okay for the price”
This hotel was okay for the price paid for the room. It was bare minimum, the room was clean but sparse. The furnishings are older and the hotel is clearly "cheap". It was not bad, comfort-wise, though and it was relatively cheap for the Cape in the summer. We only stayed one night so we did not use the pool. I'd recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quick place to crash for a short time. Not a good place for an extended stay.
