Nice little bed and breakfastPosted Nov 12, 2013
Cons: Fireplace in the room is regulated, therefore, you don't get to experience any actual flames.
Location: Not much. We drove into Cape May which was about 13 miles away.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is beautiful but very small. The staff was friendly. Overall good experience. Homemade snacks and fresh fruit along with drinks were left out all day. That was a nice touch.

Cons: "Pet friendly" and "strongly recommended to not leave pet in room when leaving" is not the same as NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE PET IN ROOM WHEN LEAVING!

A beautiful, historic home, a charming B&B!Posted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: It is an historic home and very elegant. In the parlor are photo's and write-ups about its history and renovation.
Location: Very close to our beach destination. An excellent small zoo is nearby, as is historic Cold Spring Village
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. Though we had booked a small room it was cozy, beautifully furnished, and included a fireplace and a jacuzzi bath. The furnishings were beautifully Victorian. The front entrance was decorated for fall and so warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much, and although it is 12 miles from Cape May, it is really a very short drive!

We were greeted by the lovely Innkeeper and we were taken by the Inn's charm and decor.

Beautiful converted Victorian Home.Posted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: Updated for comfort without taking away from it's step back in time.
Cons: Nothing from my perspective although the owner pointed out a few paint issues etc...Nothing that would affect the ambiance or comfort.
Location: Close to restaurants, fuel, conveniences and the beaches of Cape May. A perfect step away from the summer time madness without being an inconvenience.
Our stay was just what we needed. This converted Victorian home was beautiful and comfortable despite being a work in process. The staff was great and attentive. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, close to Cape May.Posted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: Stated above.
Cons: Stated above.
Location: Near local beach towns and Cape May. Easy, short drive to all locations.
The room was very clean, bed comfortable. However the breakfast was disappointing, bland, cold and not creative. It is an area that they could improve easily and would really make them top notch!

Special treat!Posted Oct 7, 2013
Completing my mom's "bucket list" goal of having visited all 50 states. Decided to step up to a B&B for a treat along the way. The Doctor's Inn was perfect! A wonderful change. Hospitality was excellent. The accommodations were beautiful...and very comfortable.

It was very nice, Cape May very crowded, hard to park. Celebrating our 61st Wedding Anniversary, weather was perfect.
