Cold Shower, and dirty BalconyPosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: wait staff, and desk staff accommodating - for change
Cons: checklist for quest, faulty lamps, areas to be cleaned etc
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping fun
5 min hot shower, caused a fight with spouse, dirty balcony - cigarette buds and soiled t-shirt left behind.

Decent HotelPosted Aug 22, 2014
The staff at the buffet were very rude (pointing and laughing at a child for bringing a full plate of desserts). Our suite had a mini fridge instead of regular size. The water temp, while taking a shower, changes quickly and drastically. Everything else was alright.

Nice Hotel - Big Pool !Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Clean & Safe place to stay
Cons: I not sure...
Location: Water park, restaurants near by, the Wildwood Boardwalk / amusements for kids / AM bike riding / swim in the ocean and lots of beach close by.
The location is great - The beach is not too far and the boardwalk is close by. There's plenty of parking. You can always take a trolly bus, there's a beach taxi, and the tramcar on the boardwalk. My wife rates our stay at Beach Terrace Motor Inn a B .

Great local - close to beach, boardwalk, amentitiePosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: The parking was excellent. The location and the amenities such as the pool, barbecue faciliities, ocean view were great. Suite-like rooms were great
Cons: The only thing I can think of would be showering facilities by the pool or an outdoor wash off area as you return from the beach with alot of sand.
Location: We took advantage of the biking facitlites, the boardwalk, restaurants, and grocery store.
We had a wonderful stay, comfortable facilities, excellent location, polite and courteous staff. We had easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and a number of other amentities including restaurants, biking, pool, and stores.

Average hotelPosted Aug 8, 2014
Hotel had a good breakfast buffet. It was close to the beach/boardwalk/local bars which was convenient. All employees were nice and helped me when I asked for assistance.

Great locationPosted Aug 7, 2014
I thought the hotel was in a very good location. I didn't think it was all that clean though. It needs a good upgrade it's very weathered and dated. The pool and pool area was not maintained and cleaned daily. The pool had cigarette butts floating around in it. The area around the pool had broken goggles, used towels, and other misc. stuff that was left there for the entire 3 days we were there. Look, if you want to be close to the boardwalk and all the action this is the place to be it's right in the middle of it all. I would stay here again if given the chance because of this.

Great location, mediocre amenitiesPosted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: location. Literally steps from the boardwalk. Can't beat it. Cons: the whole place smells like a bathroom. Not a dirty bathroom, just a bathroom. The lobby, the hallways, the entire hotel room.. Just smells like a public bathroom. There were no towels in our room (were we supposed to bring our own? Maybe I didn't read the fine print.) and the floors and balcony were covered in sand. Not visibly; you could just feel it on your feet. So we didn't go barefoot. The pool, I assumed, would be closed at night, but a group of guys jumped in after the bar, around 1 am, and kept us up for an hour having races and playing aqua football as loud as humanly possible. I guess there's no curfew on the pool, and hey, that's what we get for staying at a hotel that has a bar. The beds were extremely hard and had plastic sheets. But hey.. Every room has a view of the boardwalk, and you are in a prime spot for amusements.

Big disappointmentPosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Free parking and very close to the boardwalk, beach, and good restaurants.
Cons: Staff, cleanliness, furnishings
We arrived prior to check in time. We were led past the kitchen to a bathroom to change for the beach and were told our room would be ready by 3:00 which is check in thime. We returned from the beach at 5:00 to shower for dinner to find out our room was still not ready. We waited until 6:00 to go to our room to find a filthy floor, one of the housekeepers on her cell phone. No toilet paper. No towels or washcloths were available and no shower mat. There was a bar of soap shoved up into the drop ceiling grid work to hold it up so the bathroom door would open. The pull out sofa bed was broken and the couch was in too bad of shape to even sit on it. The tv in the bedroom did not work. This was by far the worst shower I have ever had in my life. One of the two beds did not even have a bedspread on it. The staff seemed completely unconcerned with our very bad experience and they were not very friendly.
