We loved the location of the Beach Club and the friendliness of the staff. You are in walking distance of everything, from the beach to shops and restaurants. It is a great residential setting, perfect for long walks.

No hot water for any guests. Doubt it gets fixed by check out. Dog fee not mentioned until you book room. Mattress was lumpy, not comfortable. Maids and front desk friendly & helpful. Property was recently sold to large local hotel and new owners are just keeping property status quo until renovations over winter are done. Would avoid this hotel. Doubt management will care that our stay was bad experience.

We were so pleased with the congenial and helpful staff! We loved our bathroom: it had a large vanity and large shower. We loved that the owners provided kitchen dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils. We had a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster! The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable!

Hope new owners can make it better.
While the room was generally clean, more attention needed to be focused on the shower. Found someone else's hair in the shower and soap on the shower wall. It is clear updating is occurring with the recent ownership change. Carpet needed to be replaced in Room 9. God forbid you have an issue if you arrive late. You have to check in at a different hotel, receive a key card, then present the key card to the front desk in the morning for a "real key". Unfortunately, all three key cards didn't work. After driving back & forth to the other hotel, they sent maintenance on his way home. He was able to open the door with his master key, but would not open the Front Office to get a key that worked. So once in the room, we couldn't leave until staff arrived at 9am the next day (unless we wanted to leave the door open and our belongings available for someone to steal) -- unacceptable! The staff at the front desk the next morning DID NOT CARE. Did not even offer an apology. So hopefully new management can fix these issues going forward.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days. I have 2 complaints. 1) the towel holder inside the shower had some mildew on it. It was really gross. It looked like it hadn't been clean in sometime. 2) the water presser sucked. I know most places the pressure is bad but, it could of been a little better. Other then that it was great. We were a little bit away from all the crowds which made it even better. There was a table and chairs outside the door. We sat and played cards. It was a nice place over all and we would stay there again!

Small getaway
Our stay for two days was uneventful. We liked the kitchenette style room, restroom has just a shower with no air conditioning but plenty of room. Beds comfortable. No breakfast. Regretted that could not get a good deal because of the long weekend. Pricey.

Property should be updated. I paid $200 for a room with an old stained carpet. Put in some luxury vinyl flooring. Add some USB chargers on the nightstands. Update cabinets.

This is a great little out-of-the-way property - clean facilities and very nice pool/hot tub area. We really liked little sitting area right outside our room on the first floor. Easy to walk to restaurants and such. Would definitely stay here again!

Expensive for the bare bones room accommodations. We didn’t even have a small table in the room. Very clean but uncomfortable for anything but a short stay. Luckily the weather cooperated and we were able to use the patio facilities for meals & morning coffee.

Nice condo/hotel, clean with pool and sauna. Did not like cigar and cigarette smoking on both sides of my room. Couldn’t get into room fast enough to escape the smoke smell. A couple of rooms had barking dogs in them, luckily not barking overnight! Will seek other arrangements next year.

The staff was nice and tried to help with mildew smell with a dehumidifier but it didnt really work. Housekeeping left door open when cleaning and let flies and bugs in room. Which i couldnt get rid of.. dhower door was not working. Getting stuck.

Great staff -- very pleasant and helpful! Also, the pool and grounds were immaculate. However, our room was extremely damp at all times. Anything we left out (even unworn clothing) felt damp/wet after sitting in the room for any length of time. Used towels never dried. Desperately needed a dehumidifier. Also, those wet towels weren't replaced until we asked at the front desk for them to be refreshed. As far as amenities go, we LOVED the pool, however, the beverage vending machine was out of order the entire time we were there.

The location is close to the beach about a 10 min walk. Room was immaculate, spacious, has a kitchenette, bed very comfy. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. The texting feature to communicate with the staff is very convenient. Pool is nice and relaxing. Will definitely come back!
