“A Happy place to stay...”

Love all the renovations done at my old favorite The Monaco. The rooms and office look great. It was so nice to see all the changes. I LOVE the Doo wop theme! :)) The office decor and new manager, set the tone. I am sorry I can't recall his name, but he and the owner, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Got some great suggestions from them for dinner! I was also happy to see that there was coffee served each morning in the office. Great way to start the day. Spent this trip with some friends who wanted some time at the amuesment piers. It was just a short walk from the Monaco to the pier and that was good news to me after a long day! I also like that the hotel is literally steps from the beach. So glad I came back to the Monaco. Congrats to them for all the changes. It was well worth it! J..PS Hope to come down for one more weekend this year, before the season is over, maybe October? Looking forward to it!

“Great time for a last minute get away.”

Super time right in the middle of everything. Walk a half a block and you are at beach or boardwalk. Saves alot of gas.

“Other than a couple of minor items, we had a good time.”

The service manager was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and it was a great location to the boardwalk and beach. However, there were a couple of minor repair items that needed to be addressed, such as the toilet not refilling. Over all, we had fun.

“Okay, stay. Great Location!”

The hotel's location was great. It was right behind the pier. This is The room was small. The bathroom was tiny. You could brush your teeth over the sink while sitting on the toilet. The fridge was countertop size and not very cold. Room not cleaned everyday. Room smelled of smoke, even though it had 'No Smoking' sign posted.

“Moderately Impressed”

I loved the convenient location of the hotel!!!! The staff was very friendly. The rooms were a little outdated, but very clean, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, but overall our stay was very nice. It also would have been nice if they had a pool. However, I would stay in this hotel again.

“Meh...”

Very small and dated rooms, clean but not vey functional. Both beds were broken (boxsprings), bathroom was tiny, difficult to find someone awake and working at the front desk. Location is fantastic but other than that, not worth the $$$.
