“Ocean View Motel”

The stay was okay but nothing to write home about. We were looking for a place for just one night and that was hard to find on the spur of the moment. The desk help was helpful and friendly. The mattress needed to be replaced, it was well worn. When taking showers we found the water was cooler than luke warm,not good.

I would stay here again because of the location. The beach access is terrific!

Room was spacious and in good repair. Refridgerator in room and AC worked well. Would be nicer if they had HBO. Reasonably priced compared to others on the beach. Bathroom was dirty...found hair in the sink and shower when I first got there...yuck! Soap scum on the shower walls. I didn't complain, but I left the maid a note about it at checkout.

“Average Hotel with good location”

The hotel is in moderate condition which is bordering on unacceptable considering the room rates were high. The hotel is located on the beach so the location is hard to beat.

Was last minute stay for about 4 nights and was happily suprised with the condition of this hotel..The staff was attentive and room clean, with ac that worked, and very good location. Recommend for young kids and familes. Only drawbck is the smoking by some fellow vacationers in areas with kids and public...It would be nice to have an area hotel that forbids this disgusting habit on the entire property.

“Very relaxing and Enjoyable”

The hotel is dated but in good condition. It was right on the beach and had many great features. The kids loved the pool, minature golf course. A great place for kids not in a really congested area so really safe for children. We walked to the boardwalk the first night but would drive in the future. We had a really good time here

Hotel's location is very good--nothing fancy but rooms were fairly spacious. For the money it was a good deal.
