“Sand Castle dreams”

We were able to stay in a very nice motel at an extremely reasonable price thanks to the Sand Castle and Expedia. The motel tries very hard to manage their cliente so that it has an atmosphere of general quiet for its patrons. The room was clean and had nice amenities. It also had a small pool ample parking and a restaurant attached for breakfast and lunch. The motel was located in Wildwood Crest at the quiet end of the Crest. There was a convention in town but this motel made sure to avoid having them book with them so it would not impact their other patrons. The Sand Castle takes a personal interest in their clientele to ensure a very pleasant stay. The entire trip was wonderful! When not if we go back, the Sand Castle is our new home for Wildwood vacations.

“Excellent bargain in a great location”

The Sand Castle, as of August 2011, is an excellent no-frills family-oriented motel for those visiting Wildwood or Cape May (which can be reached by local roads in about 10 minutes). The staff were very helpful with local advice and extending our checkout so we could have a leisurely breakfast on the day we left. The motel is one block from a broad, clean, free beach where adults & kids were having a great time. The attached restaurant is quite good for basic American fare and there are many other choices in the neighborhood. The building is old but has been well-renovated and everything in our rooms worked fine. Noise levels were quite reasonable and did not interfere with sleep at all.

Great location, atmosphere. Service was great, employee's of the motel were very accessable for your needs. Restaurant was very convienent and reasonable. Food was good.Parking for Motel was great. Not a bad word to say about my stay.

on the overall very good we basically needed a plance to sleep after hanging\ on beach and boarwalk all day . very comfortable and clean yes i wil stay here again and recommend.

“Sand Castle Motel”

While searching for a place to stay with my family, I came across the Sand Castle Motel. Amungst the reviews were a number of negative responces, but because it was close to the beach and a decent price I decided to give it a shot anyway. We were in no way dissapointed. The place is under new management and we had no complaints. The rooms are clean and the staff more than attentive. Their is a decent sized pool as well as two grills for guest use. Don't pay attention to the old reviews!!!

“Will Definitely Return”

We had such a nice time, that we tried to extend our stay, however due to Hurrican Irene, we were forced to evacuate. The food at the adjoining restaurant is fantastic!

“Worth it for our last minute booking”

I was very happy to be able to check-in around noon although listed check-in was not until 3PM. The front desk was very helpful and understanding with this.

“Wildwood Crest Near Beach”

This is an older small type motel. The rooms are clean and service was good. It is one block from the beach and it has a pool. A rather typical motel for Wildwood but nice due to its location.There is a good restaurant on the site. Perfect for a tasty breakfast or lunch and on to the beach or shopping in Cape May.

“Quaint Wildwood Motel”

Room was clean and tidy. Some cosmetic damage in room, i.e. door knob broken to patio, taped outlet for air conditioner. What you would expect for a 1970's era motel. Pleasant people and good restaurant. Would stay again. Good value for price of room. Checking took less than a minute and check out was same. Only real issue was parking. Spaces are at a premium and small.
