“Best of Cape Town center”

My room was little noisy because of the music sounds on the public speakers. Reception on first floor is little awkward (not ground floor). Very clean, spacious apartments. Personnel are extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is new and central in location. Frequent housekeeping.

“Great location, exceptional service”

The hotel is on the busiest street in town, very central to everything you'll need. It's big enough to have the service you want, but small enough to still get it! In fact, the service was probably the best part of our stay. On our arrival we had wanted to go to a spa, except none in the entire city had openings for that day. Our hotel was able to get a local contracted mobile spa company to send over a few ladies to our room. We got massages and facials and not only were they amazing, they were cheap! The room was also lovely and clean, and very large- 2 bathrooms! The breakfast was adequate and the parking was convenient, although not included.

“Great small hotel in Central Cape Town”

Great place to stay if you want to be in the Cape Town City Bowl. The luxury suite was enormous - 2 big rooms, full and guest bathroom, well outfitted kitchen, huge tub, nice shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.

“Adderley Review”

It was a lovely hotel and centrally located. The rooms wer large and roomy and very comfortable. We had just one small mishap where we not informed that we had to park in slots allocated to the Adderley hotel. We parked in an unreserved bay and got clamped. However, this was rectified by the hotel who deducted the clamping ticket from the bill. Other than that would highly recommend the Adderley and would stay again if we were to visit capetown

“Great hotel for everyone.”

I had a great expierence with Adderley Hotel. It is located perfectly next to Long Street and St George's Market and next to a Hop on Hop off bus tour. The pool on the roof make for a good spot to hang out if you need a couple hours to relx. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is totally worth more then the price it has. Great job.

“Good Hotel & Good Location”

We had an enjoyable stay at the Adderley Hotel. The room was good as was the service. We ate in the restaurant once and it was not good. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The location is convenient and we were able to walk just about everywhere.

“Good option in the center of Cape Town”

The hotel is located in the very center of Cape Town and there some restaurants and shops nearby, although we didn't feel safe to walk around at night.

“Nice, Affordable Boutique Hotel”

Very friendly, responsive staff. Timely room housekeeping and turndown services. Great breakfast buffet with nice patio overlooking street (although be prepared for many smokers on the patio). One strange thing is the room lighting system. Difficult to figure out which lights turn on which fixtures, and odd master switches can turn all lights in the suite off (or ON!... not fun in the middle of the night). Otherwise, a really pleasant boutique hotel with prompt, friendly service ... quick walk to Greenmarket, cafes on Long Street and the Company Gardens. Long, somewhat unattractive walk to V&A Waterfront... but a quick cab ride.

“Great location ,inconsistent service, will choose another hotel in this location.”

Though location is great,in the central part of the city with many places within walking distance, other hotels exist in this area like Taj and Hilton which may be better overall than this one. When I checked in clerck asked me how do I plan to pay for this. Big shocker when I paid all in advance!!!Next day duty manager was more on the ball and confirmed that all was paid for. Housekeeping is quite inconsistent. They could not get me regular coffee packets, only decaf. This was everyday battle. They also left only one bath towel or no hand towels. They seem to be out in the left field and dont know and probably dont care what they do and what happens to the guest. Dont need to fight with housekeeping just to get towels that should be normally be there. Breakfast was good and there also staff does not know we need napkins when we eat.I dont know how they expect to wipe hands or mouth. Have to ask for it. Most likely they are incompetent or stupid or they dont care. Any of which is bad. May be they are all of those.
