Good locationPosted Feb 17, 2014
Great location close to beach and restaurants and bars and shops. No towels or coffee in room on arrival. Got towels but coffee was never provided although requested. Tiny bed...std double, not great for two people. Apartment was very warm ad there was only airconditioning in the room, not living area. Safe and secure though and modern, would stay here again.

Apertment hotel location and fitness centerPosted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: The location and the staff.
Cons: the arrangement in/of the fitness center can be improved. equipments face the ocean and table mountain. Have someone check equiments daily for safety.
Location: Run on the beach in the morning. 10 min walk to the mall. I can't rememember the name of the mall on the North East corner of Blouberg rd and R27
I travelled with my family(5) from Johannesburg to Cape Town. It was my first time but the 3rd time for 3 of my family members. It was a self catering, which was very convinient and very enjoyable. The hotel is next to the beach with a beutiful view of table mountain while on the roof top. We had breakfast watching the ocean and had dinner watching sunset on the beach from the comfort of out living room. The treadmill n the fitness center was not working.

Not What was expectedPosted Jan 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel location was not in Blaubergstrand as described but was in Table View a haven for kite surfers but not for 2 adults looking for a quiet stay. The duty manager entered our room about 6.00pm without knocking and brought 3 Italian men into the room for a show round. We were very unhappy about this and when questioned he said that there were no guests showing on his system. This gave us concerns about security and the fact that maybe anybody could walk in. The other big problem wat that the noise of loud headbanging music continued until 4.00am followed by the street boy racers using the drag outside. We were so dissapointed that even though we paid for 2 nights we left after 1 night.

Great for groups and amazing views...high upPosted Nov 29, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is not on the front line..ie if you have a room close to the ground then the only view you have is of the building in front and a tiny bit of sea...Also, be aware that the balcony in my room faced the wrong way ..ie the great view was visible through the bedroom windows.....having said that it was still a great place..My experience: Initially I was given a room on the second floor and almost fell over with horror as I looked out at the non view..the main reason for me booking here..However..I went to reception and they were more than helpful..thankyou Kudzi..apologies if I spell your name incorrectly.....I was moved to the 7th floor and found the view I was after.....the balcony was still facing the wrong side but no problem...This is great value for a few people..the service is excellent and the facilities within the rooms great...but some of the finish was either not done properly or maintenance issues are starting to show through..this was very minor..but is worth mentioning..perhaps it is different in the other rooms?..I liked the fact this place was self contained..you had a dining area etc...you can fill up the fridge..have people around to eat/stay...there is parking and you can access your room directly from the car park without having to go through reception..I would stay here again definitely!

Perfect Capetown Vacation!Posted Oct 8, 2012
Pros: The hotel suite exceeded all of our expectations at a reasonable price.
Cons: No negative aspects to our stay.
Location: Nice location in beach area with very reasonable access to restaurants/shopping/wine tours/Cape of Good Hope/Downtown Capetown/airport.
The hotel staff provided consistently excellent service. Ms. Naude took care of all of our reservation concerns and requests prior to our trip to Capetown from the USA. The front desk staff, in particular Mr. Godknows and Ms. Gina, pleasantly and promptly took care of all of our daily needs. Room/hotel cleaning service was likewise excellent. The hotel suite was more than we had hoped for for our 5 family members: new and well designed, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, three comfortable bedrooms, two large bathrooms, unforgetable views of Capetown/Table Mountain and the nearby beach. The location of the hotel worked very well for us. The beach is a short walk, there are many restaurants within walking distance, there is a very friendly and reasonble car rental office within a short walk, downtown Capetown is a half hour bus ride away, and the largest mall in Africa is a short drive/taxi ride away.

Look no further....Posted Apr 18, 2012
Pros: Proximity to the beach. Roomy rooms. Clean and contemporary.
Cons: Far from the city center.
Location: Location is great for the beach, but for tourists who want to be in the center of the action, choose to stay somewhere closer to CBD.
Hotel is very nice. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, which was clean and roomy. Front desk staff in the morning and afternoon was great, but the midnight guys left some to be desired. They did not help us with taxi transfer, which I found disappointing. Just gave us the number to arrange ourselves. The MyCiti bus picks up right in front of the hotel, but it does take about 45 minutes to get to the Waterfront via bus. None-the-less, the location is wonderful for those wanting some R&R as the beach is a 2 second walk away and there are great restaurants and a spa close by. Really enjoyed the stay.

Will use again.Posted Apr 13, 2012
Pros: Spacious. Convienent. Great view and well stocked kitchen.
Cons: No wifi in the rooms.
Location: Great location.
The only thing keeping this from being a 5 out of 5 was that wifi was only available in the lobby and not the rooms. Great everything else. I would highly recommend using Boost Shuttle to take you around the Cape and to and from the airport. He catered to our schedule, made great suggestions and allowed us the ability to see everything in a very short period of time at a great price!! I usually rent a car. So glad I didnt this time. You can get info at the front desk or in the gift/surf shop.

Nice hotel, big noisyPosted Mar 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in a good location to explore north of Cape Town. Very close to beach and near lots of restaurants and bars. Rooms are nice and clean and decent size. Only problem for me is that road outside seems to be some kind of drag strip for the local youngsters. So can be quite loud at night, specially at the weekend.
