“Great Staff in Cape Town”

The staff at Blackheath Lodge was friendly, very helpful and made the stay memorable. They were accommodating to my early tour schedule and cooked my breakfast before they officially started which was nice. The room was nice and the internet worked well. The only minor thing is that it is not closer to the V&A Waterfront for dining, etc. It is a short taxi ride to the Waterfront and they helped call for a taxi when I needed one. I was there by myself as a side trip during business but it seemed like it would a great, romantic getaway. I would highly recommend Blackheath Lodge for a quiet, cozy place to stay.

Blackheath Lodge is incredible. The staff completely take care of you while you are there, anticipate your needs, and are happy to help you schedule tours and activities ahead of time. There is no need to stay anywhere else in Cape Town. There is a reason this B&B gets such great reviews!!

We had a great stay. Every detail was covered & made this an ideal spot to enjoy Cape Town. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the local eateries including great recommendations, making reservations, and suggesting the best way to get there whether walking or choosing a reasonable & reliable taxi service. The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel offered a quaint English-style breakfast overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard was well-maintained & secluded with a lovely pool making it a great spot to just relax or meet other travelers. The hotel was conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of a red tour bus stop making it easy to tour the city and Table Mountain.
