“Great Cape Town Hotel”

I wanted a hotel close to everything with a lot of charm and character. I knew that I would be jet lagged so I wanted somewhere close to everything. Cape Heritage was wonderful. I don't think I could have picked a better hotel. The staff took care of everything for us and was so kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Great Boutique Hotel and Best Service ever”

We spent 3 nights in this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was SUPER nice and they were extremely helpful. The breakfast was small, but seemed to have all you would want. Proper Cappucino's and a warm menu in addition to a buffet. We stayed in a suite (#104) and it was super! The bathroom was huge and had a 2 person shower. They knew it was our honemoon so they sent a complimentary bottle of champagne! The restaurant downstairs was really charming and the food was realy high quality. The only complaint I had was the restautrant gets a bit noisy and you can hear it in the room. On Thursday and Friday night of our stay, and I can assume on Saturday, they have a DJ and the noise was unbearable, but we called downstairs at midnight when it was supposed to be over and they promptly took care of it. Overall, I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone.

“Home away from home”

I have very rarely experienced a more friendly and knowledgeable staff and a better central location than the Cape Heritage Hotel! Plus an amazing decor and a wonderful breakfast make of this historical home a must for any stay in Cape Town. Last but not least the wonderful restaurants around the corner and inside the adjoining square that provide excellent meals at walking distance.

“Best option in Central Cape Town”

The place is special, staff is very friendly and always at hand to serve and help, and the rooms are artistifully decorated, providing a balanced mix of comfort, space and intimacy. We'll come back and recomend it to all friends.

We loved it! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful,especially for tourists. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We enjoyed the location with four restaurants in the building. It was fabulous that each room was unique. Great Price!

Hotel is charming, eclectic, each room is different. The breakfast was fabulous. Abdul at the front desk was extremely helpful in arranging plans for us. It was a short $5.00 USD cab ride to the waterfront. All in all I highly recommend this hotel.

“Our favorite in Cape Town city”

Wonderful coloring, style and architecture. All employes really nice and helpful, lovely breakfast even with nice pastry and a very cosy back garden away from the street with wine stocks and a bar with tables and happy costumers. Even in the city center, you feel like being in a quiet corner of it with good guys. We will go back.

“Convenient and comfortable”

The hotel is located very conveniently to the downtown including the green market. Parking is convenient and the staff is very helpful. The wifi works great and the breakfast is outstanding.
