Best place to stay if you have the slightest concerns about safety. It is directly connected to the One & Only hotel, and has excellent security. Apartments are high quality, we regularly stay with Hilton, Radisson, Marriot and they were better than these. Highly recommended.

Such an awesome place to stay! Excellent location for exploring the V&A waterfront on foot and lots of transport options for tours nearby. The property is wonderful, very clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s a beautiful apartment. It’s all very secure and safe. The management company are excellent. Available 24/7 for any issues and really responsive. Also they are great at booking tours for you. We loved it!

The reception is far from the apartments and when you call them they don’t send for what you ask for or if they do it’s extremely delayed. The security make it a very long process to enter the property. The load shedding was a problem as if you’re on holiday you can’t use blow driers charges etc. the staff aren’t very helpful and accommodating and it is next to impossible to get in touch with them unless you go to the office which is a drive away and far to walk. The water I think due to the load shedding was lukewarm a lot of the time. The lift chooses when it wants to work not ideal if you’re disabled or carrying heavy suitcases. It’s an unfortunate that the service and facilities were so poor here as the location and views and the property itself was beautiful. I wouldn’t stay there again sorry to say.

Ground floor external door was broken would not lock and we had a real 2 hour battle to be moved to another one at midnight . It would have meant we could not leave it or sleep as it was open to anybody entering from the walk off the canal. They wanted to charge us £500 to move to another bigger appartment which they said was all that was available . Check in lady was excellent then It all went downhill. The guy who had to take us to the block, Arnold, knew the lock was broken when he left . It was left to the night guy who did his best against a resistant management who wanted us to pay the extra charge or be moved again the following day .The appartments are lovely but it’s not easy to navigate your way around and lots of people were having problems with their security passes . We ended up with a much bigger apartment than we needed due to the forced move but would have rather had the evening we lost on a short Capetown trip. It’s also not always easy to get hold of the 24 hour desk .

Besides being one of the best city hotels in Cape Town there is a difficult book in procedure to follow. Other than that everything is 5 star. I will definitely be staying here in the future

The Apartment had human hair located in both the towels and in the kitchen. The apartment has no backup power and we were stuck in the dark for over 3 hours. We left early as this was unacceptable for a 5 star rated property.

The property is conveniently located with excellent security and facilities with check-in a breeze during our second stay. The apartment was ideal for our family 3day stay reviving in a different space to become mentally fit again within health/travel advisory limitations. The apartment was located at the entrance floor which was a bit of an inconvenience when other guest return at night or receive deliveries. The apartment itself was comfortable and in need of attention of finer detail. The one bedroom door didn't close and disturbance filter into the room if other parties are still moving about. The kettle had its days and need to be replaced. The lounge area armchairs, curtains, balcony deckchair covers and bedroom carpets require deep/spring cleaning...

Amazing spot in Cape Town
You could not ask for a better spot to stay in Cape Town. The check in process could be better explained in advance, a simple Google map of check in would be beneficial to future travellers. The construction work jack hammering was also a little disappointing. The apartment and views are spectacular. Don't miss going for a paddle on the canal, stand up boards can be rented close by. Gym and pool facilities in the complex also great with view over harbour. Fantastic stay.

Law hill apartments was simply amazing. We stayed on the ground floor and the views were breathtaking. The apartment was spotless and the room was serviced daily. It was a short walk from the VnA. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you want to be close to the major attractions in Cape Town. I will definitely stay there again!

Check in was a bit tricky at night and having to wait outside till someone arrived was not ideal. But communication after that superb. Apartment was very comfortable, just the loo has seen better days and highly recommend that it be changed. Views were incredible and bed very comfortable. Building works were a bit noisy in the morning and the smell of paint triggered all our allergies.

Expensive but convenient, comfortable and safe accommodation. Great to have the hop on/off bus tours right outside the apartments which made for easy travel around SA sights.
