There is a lot the hotel needs to learn, for the amount of money one have to pay to stay in the hotel does to correspond to the services one receives.

turn the pool heating back on please

Pros: most things. oysters for breakfast
Cons: turn the pool heating on
Location: Cape Town- lots to do
all good as usual but for seom reason the pool heating was off as it was apprently not worth it being on due to alck of demand. there will be no demand to swim in a cold pool in the cooler times but if it were heated it would be very good indeed. we were not told of this when we booked, sadly, as we would have gone elsewhere had we known.

Not up to The One and Only Standard

After staying at two of their ther properties, i was diispaointed by this hotel. Pool area was sloppy, service slow. Ordered cab for airport it was totally late. The cleaning staff knocked on our door constsnaly ithe mornings even when we told them we weren't ready for them. We cancelled a tour booked through the concierge and they didn't cancel it with the tour operator so they woke us up in the morning when the tour operator arrived. Just annoying things that a little more attention to detail would improve. Size of room for price was exceptional. location very good.

Excelent hotel, excelent staff, excelent location, que excelent restaurants. For sure one of the bests I have ever seen.

Cons: Didn't seem flexible in regard to room allocation and check in and check out. Had two consecutive bookings and had to check out for 4 hrs between.

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated

Cons: All perfect
Location: Loads to do nearby and the Hop on Hop of bus/canal boat stops outside. Part of the V&A Waterfront with everything within walking distance.
Perfect in every way - great location just a few steps from all the action on the V&A Waterfront. Luxurious yet really comfortable rooms with everything you could possibly want. Choose the Island rooms if you want to be close to the swimming pool (as we did). The pool is large and inviting with plenty of lounge space and a restaurant alongside.
