“Great mid-tier hotel.”

Great location, excellent professional staff. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

“Excellent Stay.”

Great Staff! Very clean room and facilities. However, the shower drain was not working properly. Neither was the hair dryer. But I would definetly stay their again. The food is great. The breakfast was very good, a lot of options and very well prepared. I enjoyed it.

“Great hotel for business and Family stay”

A great place to stay in Cape. Center of the city, easily accessible and a fresh look. Only one suggestion. Lights inside the room are very minimum. It gives a bit dark feeling, having at least one bridght light will make the room feel more pleasant.

“Cape Town base”

I stayed at the Park Inn while attending a conference at Cape Town's International Convention Center. The Park Inn is very near the convention center, and yet after dark, the walk between the hotel and convention center was deserted, which made me uncomfortable walking alone. In day light, it was a quick walk. Fortunately, the hotel runs a car that will come pick up guests - just one car for the whole hotel, so it's not always available, but it was a convenient service I used more than once. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, plus a great view of Table Mountain. However, it wouldn't have been good for a couple - the design of the room had glass between the bathroom and bedroom. Had one person been in the bathroom while the other was sleeping, the light would have shone into the bedroom. The staff were helpful and efficient. The staff in the upstairs restaurant were wonderfully friendly, and remembered me from one day to the next. The breakfast buffet every morning was generous, high quality, and varied - there wasn't much I could think of that wasn't offered! The hotel doesn't offer all the glitz and glamour of a bigger hotel, but that's almost certainly why it's more reasonably priced. I was very pleased with my experience.

“Nice hotel with great rooftop bar/resturant.”

This hotel was very nice for the money. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice. We liked the rooftop bar/restaurant that has a view of table mountain. The only negative was that my daughter lost or misplaced her iPod while at this hotel. We reported it to the hotel and when I came back a few days later to see if it was found, I had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes to find that the hotel security was busy (it was the holiday season) and they would contact me. They never did. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

“Nice one for a business traveller”

Great Location for business travellers. Easy connectivity. Good breakfast spread and comfortable rooms. Overall a nice experience. To top it all a very friendly staff.
