“Total superb vacation experience all in place”

Great people, great location, great help when needed. All around great experience. Excellent excellent staff. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased. We could rely on the people working there for any and all of our needs and answers to our questions. All we had to do was enjoy our vacation. (Which we did. Immensely ). Everything from a post office to a drug store to a church to the beach was within easy walking distance. Plus it was perfectly safe. We would love for the rest of our family to visit and stay there.

“Great location”

Situated a block from the ocean, this hotel is in the heart of Sea Point, which is a great neighborhood for CapeTown visitors. It's close to beaches and the V&A Waterfront. It has inexpensive underground parking, which makes it very easy to get in and out of the hotel. The on-site restaurants are accessible and have good hours. This is the type of hotel that doesn't blow you away, but it certainly suits your needs and keeps you comfortable while you're enjoying CapeTown.

“looked good but small rooms and a bit noisy”

the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable but our guestroom was VERY small. So small, the bathroom was integrated into the room (only the wc had a door). There was no space for luggage! In addition, the room was not really soundproofed - we could hear so much of the parking lot noise all night long as well as things from the other guests. The in-house restaurant was seriously overpriced for what you got but there was a fantastic place to eat just down the street called Hotel Design that had truly delicious food at a fair price. The location was fine, near the beach and a few bus stops to take you downtown.

“Pretty weak”

Not a great location but depends on what you are looking for. If you want a laid back spot that has a few nice hotel restaurants in the area then your in luck. If your looking to be near the city center or a beach then your in the wrong spot.To get to the waterfront, the beach or the main streets downtown you will need to take a cab. The hotel itself has pretty shotty service and forget about asking for an iron (trust me). Even getting as simple as a wine class sent up was a chore. Internet was poorly setup and inconsistent. Rooms were extremely tiny. Pool area was decent but not great. Room service stopped extremely early in the evening.
