Cons: a second bottle of wine
Location: restaurants and waterfront
The hotel was excellent, fruit bowl and wine greated us. Nice touch. Good parking and nice location. Shower was kinky, but nice touch.

Surprising Good FindPosted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: the staff were great. The rooms were spaciaous and the shower was very inviting to visit or arresting to stay once there.
Cons: A bit more assortment for breakfast. There were more types of sauceges but other meats were missing.. Vegetarian section was good.
Location: Close to convention, a gym next by, a shopping mall two streets across, a restaurant across the street, Kentuky Fried Chicken, Traffic Police station
the rooms and staff were very good. The response time was fast for any requested service. The location is excellent and a nice walk to convention center to allow for some excersise but not demanding.

Walking distance to waterfrontPosted Sep 5, 2013
Cons: Free unlimited wifi
Good location...we were 2 females traveling alone and it was in a safe area and close enough to safely walk to V&A waterfront where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from waterfront at certain times after dark, making it easy to get back and forth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The manager printed tickets for me and delivered them to my room within minutes of me asking if it was possible. As far as wifi in room, you get a small amount of free daily use and then it's pay as you go. They do offer free wifi in business center.

Close walk to the V&A Waterfront and very safe.Posted Aug 27, 2013
Excellent hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was spotless each day. I wish the wifi was a little quicker and allowed more data for free per day (100mb per/day). Other than that reasonable price and nice location.

Good LocationPosted Aug 21, 2013
The hotel itself is nice, well located, good breakfast, free parking, however the internet connection was a disaster. The Hotel offered a free wifi connection that worked through a service provider, that ironically was called "always on". The system worked ok to connect you with the hotel antena, but the hotel antena had merely no connection with the internet. At busy times (nearly all day!!) you could wait hours to download a page, receive or send an email. I saw a other hotel guests complaining for the same.

Super hotel with good staffPosted Aug 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very comfortable but could have done with more storage space as had just finished14 day tour and wanted to unpack for 2 folk.. Swimming pool more like a puddle but this did not bother as it was their winter. Hotel food fine but restricted menu during the day and evening.
