“My Favourite hotel, would go back today!”

This hotel was my favourite... not only was it stylish instead of the usual dull but pleasant decor but everyone did their best to make you feel at home whether it was a genuine smile or a story over breakfast. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the little touches they did to make you feel special. Room service was quick and the food was great. The taxi company they have onsite were brilliant, reliable and safe and their tours were worth the money

“Good location but uninteresting view.”

We liked this hotel in a modern style. The room was comfortable and clean and the design appealed to us. New sheets and towels every day. However there was no minibar in the room; very strange that you could not get cold drinks in Africa. At checkout we were told that they could have fixed a minibar, but they provided no information that this was an option. The internet is extremely expensive. You need a car in Cape Town and the hotel has a good parking.

“Ideal Location, Friendly Staff”

This hotel is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to the City Centre and the Water Front, two main tourist attractions in Cape Town. The standard of cleanliness and service is more than adequate for most travelers, especially holiday makers (vacationers). The breakfast buffet is very varied and offers a lot of healthy selections, such as fruit and breads (grain-based products). Of course, excellent bacon, eggs, and sausages are still available for those who prefer a more satisfying early meal. Of particular value to me were shuttle service to the airport, electronic-combination safe in each room, and a spacious bathroom that came with the room. Possible area of improvement: rooms could have small refrigerators.

“Good Value for your money”

Just a short walk away from V & A Waterfront, this hotel is the place. A short walk during daylight hours and a cheap cab ride back in the evening. Hotel was clean, good restaurant and the front desk staff could not have been nicer. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something not in the hustle and bustle of the Waterfront, yet close enough to go back and forth.

“Very nice hotel, excellent location.”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Protea Victoria Junction. It is a lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. There are some excellent restaurants in the area and the V&A Waterfront is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is quite well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

“Loft rooms very nice”

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We splurged and got a loft room. It was great. Service good at breakfast.

“Great place to spend a long weekend in the Mother City”

The film set decor is a bit odd and the room lighting too dim, but otherwise this is a good quality and good value hotel in Cape Town.
