I can't rave about this property enough. We spent the last night of our Cape Town holiday here and it was exactly what we needed to relax after very touristy days. We were greeted by Ashley and receptionist Susan, customer service was beyond expectation. The room was phenomenal and kids play area was exactly what we needed. Susan arranged Portia to babysit *Families she is amazing and my husband and I got to go for child free dinner and my kids loved her. We even managed a late check out as we had 9pm flight but got use of the pool for the remainder of the day and bothered Ashley constantly while we went back and forth to the luggage room. Will recommend to anyone and will definitely be our hotel of choice for all future CT trips. Great Staff, everyone was so friendly and rooms and facilities were amazing. 15 out of 10

It's a nice hotel with large suites. It was comfortable. They provide a basic necessities in the room and kitchen. It would be better with a teapot. Heating only in main room, not bedroom. Only one elevator. Parking convenient.

Everything was amazing. First time in Cape Town. They explained everything, breakfast was good. I woke late & they made us breakfast still so that was good. They also have a backup generator which is a great factor because most hotels though. They are so hooked us up on excursions and got transportation to pick us up which was well organised. Ladies are definitely fantastic, they deafly broke things down and help me understand. I will recommend this to all travellers that like comfortable accommodations at affordable price.

What a great spot, In between the Beach Road and Main Road, lovely walks and Main Road is very vibrant, we had a fantastic time, the rooms are great and the staff outstanding, thank you for a great stay ❤️

The property was ok and the breakfast was nice, but the rooms needed to be deep cleaned and updated. Some of the staff were helpful and pleasant, some seemed a bit undertrained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hyde All-Suite Hotel in Cape Town, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms at The Hyde are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. The hotel also has a fantastic rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect for enjoying a drink and soaking up the stunning views of Table Mountain and the surrounding cityscape. I highly recommend The Hyde All-Suite Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Cape Town. I will be returning on my next trip to this beautiful city!

Staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned very nicely and overall the hotel is great with a rooftop pool, gym and great (although simple) breakfast.

Avoid at all cost. Run down and not safe.
There was a security concern that was basically ignored by the staff. Someone tried to open our door in the middle of the night while we were in the room. We wanted to get a refund and they wouldn’t issue one. There’s only 1 person working in the hotel at night. This isn’t a safe place. Specially in a dangerous city like Cape Town. The place is run down, there’s mold and rust everywhere. The pool is dirty and looks nothing like the pictures. Poor service and hospitality. Definitely not a 4-star by any means. More like a 2.5.

It is advertised as a "Luxury Spa". It is not. The "fitness center" is small, old, and in disrepair." The pool is very small with limited seating. The breakfast buffet is very limited. The bed mattress was so hard that it did not even dent when I sat on it. Hard as the floor.

I loved the kitchen and bath amenities (plenty of shower gel and body lotion). The staff was very nice and welcoming. Housekeeping was inconsistent, but acceptable (that's why I rated the service as average). The location was great: near the beach, restaurants and shopping. A large grocery store was within walking distance (small shops even closer) so we were able to stock our kitchen for the meals we ate in the room. On the roof you will find a beautiful pool with a large deck and a restaurant. Very nice for hanging out in the evening. They have music some nights and, although we did not go up to the bar at night, we could hear the music in our living room while we enjoyed a glass of wine and that was kind of fun!

The suite was absolutely perfect, size and ammenities are extremely generous. The staff from front desk to resteraunt are caring, responsive and eager to meet all needs graciously. The location is a 2 minute walk from the beach and 2-5 from shops. Transportation was more than adequate amd all went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. I am well travelled internationally and this has been my best accomodation experiemce this far.

This is a excellent hotel and the staff are courteous and efficient. The service from room service and the amenities within the room is as good as any 5 star hotel. I was disappointed that the pool area with the gorgeous view depicted in the advertisement, was under renovation. No prior knowledge, and that was part of the draw to the property. I realize it would've been too cool to swim, but anticipated drinking a bottle of wine and enjoying the view.

I wouldn’t come back even if they paid me.
I made the mistake of booking for my friends at this crappy place!!! From the check-in experience, to the shady looking building and rooms not cleaned until we had to call after 12:00 to find out when house keeping would be coming! I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me. I should have booked the hotel across the road! Pictures on the internet are deceiving as well. Nothing 4* about this place.
