You know, it was fine. And the staff was very good, and the rooms were well-equipped and clean. However, you should know this: This was reported before, but I took a chance, thinking that the situation had surely been corrected, but this hotel advertises a superior studio as having a balcony, 2 double beds, and a full kitchen. However, when we got there, we were given a studio with one king, no balcony, and a tiny kitchenette. When I objected, the front desk woman said that the better attributes were only for the penthouse or a 1-bedroom suite. I showed her a screenshot I had taken of the description of our superior studio, which clearly indicated a balcony, full kitchen, etc.. She was very patient and also somewhat distressed, as she admitted that they needed to fix their descriptions, because they were wrong (clearly, this had happened before). For the first night, there was nothing she could do; for the remaining nights, she upgraded us to a 1-bedroom apt., which was larger, had a full kitchen, but still only had one king bed and no balcony. Mind you, by and large, I was happy with our stay; it's a good hotel, which has upgraded most of their apts., so some of the former complaints have been addressed. But they are still clearly mis-advertising their studios, at the very least, and this should be corrected.
