Pros: The breakfast.
Arrived at midnight. Staff was ready and waiting. Typical South African breakfast. Great food. Would have liked to stay longer but heading on safari. Good price.

Nice place, friendly and safe. Good views. Up-keep could use some work (i.e. take the pool cleaning hose out of the pool). Good value. Can recommend for Bantry Bay area.

Perfect for Cape Town and beaches

We loved the location - 10 minutes from the V and A waterfront and even closer to Clifton and Camps Bay. The guest is lovely - elegant and stylish. You need to be able to put up with temperamental locks on doors and the odd drip of rain from the canopy at breakfast, but it is worth it!

Pleasant accommodation in Cape Town, South Africa

Posted Nov 11, 2011
The hotel arranged for pick-up and drop-off from the airport without a hitch (for a fee). The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast was held in a pleasant sunroom. In terms of location, it was possible to walk to nearby restaurants in Sea Point, but is not as convenient to locations such as the Waterfront. However, the hotel called for cabs when needed and rates were reasonable. Overall, it felt safe walking in the neighborhood near the hotel--in general, this was true of all locations visited in Cape Town. Hotel offers free parking and, given that public transport is limited, would recommend anyone visiting consider renting a car.

Great place to stay in CT

My wife and I spent one night at the Walden Suites. The staff was great! We arrraged through the hotel a tour of the wine region and everything was perfect, even with the whole World Cup crazyness.
