I need a doctor so I ask where I could get one, the concier advise the hotel has a in house doctor but when the doctor come to my room he left a $200 dollar bill. I was chock as the concier told me a house doctor . So make sure all your requested service is quoted before hand , By the way the doctor did not want to tell me how much was the visit he insist me just to give my credit card number and he will send the bill my mail.

Convenience service and locationPosted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were looking forward to the lounge at the top floor but To my surprise at check in we were told it was closed for remodeling. they did have an area for happy hour but that was it. our reason for the executive lounge is to receive all amenities such as fruits, sodas, water throughout the day we had to ask if they would accommodate us on those items. we were very lucky we spoke with Christian and he said the hotel would comp. I was very shocked that the Westin or hotel.com did not give anyone a warning. if we would have known might have changed our minds. Besides that.... Location, customer was excellent, breakfast and service wasvery good

Pros: Breakfast and happy two hours
Excellent hotel in a good and safe location. Excellent shuttle service every half hour to and from the waterfront. Breakfast is fantastic and only surpassed by the kempenski hotel in Budapest. We booked a club room and this entitles you to free international branded drinks on the top floor with canapes every evening from 5 to 7 pm and champagne breakfast on the top floor. No hesitation recommending this hotel!!

Westin Cape TownPosted Jul 20, 2013
Pros: The price and location were great.
Cons: Food quality and service at dinner.
Location: Table Mountain, the wine country tour, the Cape Point tour. Green Market square is fun for curios. There is a small African Dancing theater nearby.
The spa was amazing. One of the best. Prices were good too. The restuarant was awful. Breakfast buffet was ok. Take the Westin free shuttle to the Seaport for dinner if you want something better. It runs every 30 minutes. The travel dest was amazing too. The did a great job for our tours.

Pleasing stayPosted Jul 19, 2013
Pros: Free waterfront shuttle, breakfast
Cons: Check in process, wifi poor in rooms
Location: Waterfront, waterfront, waterfront
Had great stay in Westin, enjoyed rich breakfast buffet and nice gym facilities. Stuff was nice and pleasant, nothing extraordinary but efficient. A bit of disturbance was fact I booked and paid for superior room and got standard, if I wouldn't be complaining and insisting ( although receptionist said they are fully booked) I managed to get my paid room.

My colleagues and I stayed at this hotel for about a week. It is located very close to the highway entrance and there is a courtesy shuttle to the V&A Waterfront. Service was great and the hotel staff very friendly. We had breakfast included in our rate, it was worth it. We also ate at the restaurants and used the hotel spa. Overall a great experience. If I'm ever back in town, I'd definitely go back.

Typical business hotel. Restaurants have only tours food on offer and incorporate just about anything to portray alternative African cuisine, only found there...Overall for the price we paid, good hotel, good location, efficient, they could do a lot more with the space then they have, the visual position of this location is outstanding.
