“Solid business-class hotel”

A solid business-class hotel. We were upgraded and my one complaint is that the benefits of this upgrade were not well explained. It turns out we were eligible for complimentary breakfast and happy hour on the top (19th) floor, which has great food and a great view. We didn't discover this oversight for a couple of days.

“Great Location in Cape Town”

Hotel was conviently located to the V&A Waterfront. Free shuttle every 30 mins. Breakfast Buffet was simply outstanding. I would stay there again in a hearbeat.

“Well-kept, good location”

The hotel itself was beautiful. It's also walkable (~1mi) to the V&A waterfront restaurants, or a really cheap cab ride (R20-25) away. Nice central location, nice hotel, great stay. Would book this hotel again.

“Westin grand @Cape Town: Very impressive”

We stayed three days, and the hotel is better than many Sheraton's. Particularly nice: heated tiles in the bathroom; really excellent breakfast, not to mention the superb views from the exec lounge; free and fast internet.

“Awesome Place to Stay!”

Our stay at the Westin was one of the best experiences ever. The staff was exceptional, so accomodating and friendly and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the breakfast and sundowners on the 19th floor everyday. The shuttle service to the V&A was always on time and very convienient. I would most definetly stay there again! (and I am picky!!)

Luxury hotel. Luxury rooms, very clean,great view,Harbour and Table Mountain.Near to city center and Waterfront (shuttle service to Waterfront every 1/2 hour for free)Special Breakfast great presentation,i enjoyed the spinach and papaya juice hmm. Very kind friendly and helpfull employees.We had a very pleasant stay

“Fantastic Place”

Great location, comfortable room and delicious food. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was so good, we looked forward to waking up each morning for breakfast.
