“Good experince in cape town”

The service was not up to standard. Otherwise everything else was good.

“Great hotel in an excellent location”

My husband and I stayed at Pepper Club on a combined honeymoon and work trip and we had a great stay. We were upgraded and received a bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as we were on our honeymoom which was a lovely gesture and welcome to the hotel. Being located just off Long Street is brilliant as everything within the city centre (museums, Company Gardens, craft markets, bars, cafe's, restaurants and city bus tour stop) is within a short walking distance and the Pepper Club runs a complementary shuttle to beautiful Camp's Bay and the Waterfront. The Pepper Beach Club is right on the beach and in an excellent location and it is fabulous to have the option of both city centre and beach activities. The Cayenne Spa at the hotel was also great and the staff friendly and approachable. The Consierge and doorman helped us on numerous occasions to book museums and hail taxi's and always with a smile. We felt safe walking around - as long as use common sense there is nothing to worry about in this part of Cape Town and there is a very large presence of public safety officers for extra reassurance both day and night. My only feedback to the Pepper Club is to please sort out the slow lifts and sluggish WiFi.
