This was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, there was a high standard of cleanliness in all areas and the breakfast was a treat to look forward to each day. It is within walking distance of the downtown area and handy for many of the sights. All in all, a very positive experience. We will be back!

“Would definitely revisit”

Great location: close to airport shuttle arrival/departure point; blocks from Long St; a 40 min walk to the Waterfron; close to a Hop-on/Hop-off bus stop. Great room and excellent service. I was given a free upgrade when my allocated room was a smoking room (I had requested non-smoking). The continental breakfast was satisfying and fresh with good variety of bakery items, fruit and cereals. I would definitely stay here again.

“Good things come in small packages”

Awesome, very classy, small rooms, but they have everything including internet and excellent service. Walkable distance ot the V & A waterfront too. If you have a car rental though you have to pay for parking in the garage next door (about 45 Rands a day).

“Great hotel”

We originally booked this hotel for only two nights, but ended up booking a couple more because we liked it so much. The breakfast buffet was good and the rooms just big enough and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we loved that they brought cookies with the evening turn down service! It's just a short walk to Green market square, the Slave Museum, St. Georges Mall. You need to take a taxi to get to the waterfront, and it costs anywhere from R30 - R70. To be fair, I don't do a lot of business or high end travel (usually opting for backpackers), but I definitely would recommend this place.

“Just Right!”

All staff very extremely helpful and friendly. The area seemed fine, though we didn't walk or shop. It was an easy taxi ride to The Waterfront and Table Mountain. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, large and modern. The shower was fantastic and the addition of the bath made it seem extra luxurious! There was plenty to choose from at breakfast and the restaurant meal in the evening was delicious. The bar area was unexciting but comfortable and tasty sandwiches were on offer 24 hours. We will certainly use this hotel again.

The hotel staff were always extremely helpful and patient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the hotel is in a convenient location for exploring Cape Town.
