“"Tremendous service at newest pension in Goreme"”

We stayed at the Castle Cave House in Goreme for 3 nights in early November 2011. This pension has recently opened and with the excellent service and rooms provided I'm sure it will become very popular. The owner, Fatih, picked us up in town (it may be a little hard to find the first time on your own) and each morning provided us with a very nice breakfast spread and help in planning our visit. He arranged a hot air balloon ride for us on our second day and it was not only a very good value relative to other prices we had heard of, but the pilot was expert and fantastic making this an unforgettable must do experience if visiting the area. Fatih also arranged for a scooter to be dropped off for us at the hotel and we enjoyed a great day seeing many sights throughout the area without the hassle of picking up or dropping off the scooter. We loved our cave room with its amazing view over the region and a sky full of hot air balloons right from our window and terrace. The room was large and nicely done. We can't wait to return and will recommend this great place to family and friends. Fatih and his family have lived in this town for generations and his local touch was a tremendous help.

“see above comments or move above to review”

Staying here for four nights (April 10-13 was the highlight of our two week holiday-our 'cave' room, carved right out of a cave, was super clean, large licingroom space, bedroom and bath. The views from our deck were spectatcular. The staff went more than the extra mile in providing 'wecome snacks, information on tours, etc. We checked our in the morning of the 13th, storing our luggage at their office while we explored area before an early evening flight back to Istanbul-when we returned to the office to pick up our luggage, the manager offered us to shower before our flight-an example of their consideration and kindness. We would not hestitate to return to this special lodging.

“Great little cave hotel.”

This great little cave hotel is must to stay if you are in Cappadocia. Rooms on the higher floors have the best and unforgettable view.Breakfast is prepared fresh in the morning. Owners of the hotel are always ready to help and get best deals for private tours and balloon flights. Also airport pick up can be arrange for some fee.

“Cavemen never could have invisioned this!”

Finding this hotel is a little difficult since it is up a winding road from the main street, but well worth it. The staff is very helpful, English speaking, and the room is beautifully sculpted from the local stone with artistic columns, niches, and even a fireplace. If you have ever wanted to stay in a well designed and decorated cave, this hotel will meet your expectations.

“relax cozy stay”

To make a long story short I satisfied with what I paid. There were no any issues except only one bottle left over in my room from previous night of other guests which could be that they did not thoroughly clean the room. Other than that it was ok.

“Two days in Cappadocia”

We had only two days in Cappadocia. This hotel was very central for walking around, and getting to the bus etc. The manager was amazingly helpful. He helped us use our limited time to see as much as possible and saved us a heap of money in the process. He is a really good guy who just wants his guest to enjoy themselves. We stayed in a "cave" room which had a double and a single bed, a large bathroom with jacuzzi and balcony which looked over Cappadocia. Free wifi. I would stay here again.

“Ok But Not Great”

It was a nice place to stay. There is a woman at reception that is very helpful. Ask for discounts on all of the tours you plan with her. Nothing seemed to be a set price except your nightly hotel cost.
