We had an amazing stay at this hotel. If you want to take pictures of the balloons, that’s the place! Incredible views from the terrace from a fraction of the price of other hotels in the same area. Recommend

I and my wife came on holiday to Cappadocia. The staff especially Abdula was really helpful and friendly staff member. When no taxi wanted to come to pick up due to short distance. Staff Abdula offered us to drop us to bus station. Divan hotel has got best staff and the hotel has got amazing rootop view. We will be back to Divan.

Couldn’t choose a better place to stay in cappadocia. The rooftop had an amazing view to the town and the sunrise. All staff was super welcoming and humble. Breakfast was superb. Will definitely recommend this place to friends who will want to visit in the future.

Best location. Friendliest staff. Amazing breakfast for everybody (including picky teenagers). The hot air balloons in the morning from the rooftop is something to experience once in a lifetime. So peaceful and beautiful.

We had a great time at Divan Cave House. Special thanks to the staff and Kenan for helping us and taking care of us during our stay. It was very easy to book activities with the reception and the hotel helped with transportation. The hotel offers genuine cave rooms which we wanted to experience. The hotel also has a great rooftop bar with great views of the surrounding. While the hotel does not have a restaurant, it offers a great breakfast every day. There are a number of restaurants nearby and the town centre is around 10 mins walk away. Only downsides were that the hotel is on the mountain which means there is a bit of an elevated walk to get to it from the town centre. Also the only tv channels available were in Turkish

This property is incredibly unique and beautiful. The staff is exceedingly helpful and very accommodating. Kenan helped us reschedule our balloon ride after ours was canceled due to weather which would have been extremely difficult for us to do on our own. Achmed was very accommodating at the loveliest breakfast by providing us with fresh omelets and coffee in addition to the buffet. The views were amazing and the property was very clean. We would stay here again and hope to again.

Love this hotel! Service was excellent. Everyone was soo nice and helpful. Breakfast is included and its absolutely amazing! So much variety, so fresh and delicious! Terrace has an amazing view as well. You can almost touch the balloons in the morning.

Lovely traditional cave hotel overlooking Cappadocia, with a10 minute walk down hill to the town centre. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff all very attentive and nothing was too much trouble with special mention to Sevval, Ramazon and Ahmet who really did provide an excellent service.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. We have already recommended it to friends who are going to Göreme in the near future. The property has (what I think are) the best views in the area. We were able to walk out of our room and instantly be met with the hot air balloons in the morning. Not only that, that staff are all amazing! They all were available to help and booked us for the activities we wanted to do, gave us restaurant suggestions and we’re overall the best team we met while staying in Turkey. We have a special shout-out to Ahmet for his amazing service. He treated us like friends and was always available for anything we needed. We booked the fairy chimney room which was small but we expected that from the description. It was comfortable, cozy, and clean. I highly recommend this hotel!!

We LOVED our stay here. The room was quite large and had a indoor jacuzzi (minus jets) in the lower level. Can’t imagine it but it’s true. And large enough for 4 people. The bedroom had a king bed. The living room area had a sofa bed and an additional bed. Lots of outdoor rooftops, sitting areas. You can see all of the balloons in the morning . Breakfast was so good.Eggs made to order along with other food. Walkable to restaurants. The staff was exceptional. We lost our phone on the tour. Akmet (sp?) took the 4x4 and went to pick it up. Amazing!!! They arranged the green tour and airport transport. Only con: the bedroom doesn’t have the a/c so it was a little warm. I would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. All of the rooms are fashioned as caves, but not all of them are actually built into the fairy chimneys; only a few of them are. Hosts are fantastic. Full stop.

My family spent three days in the hotel and the staff in the hotel are very kind and friendly! The buffet style breakfast is very delicious and has lots of options. Fantastic rooms, services, breakfast!!! The staff was particularly helpful with bookings and even organizing a private tour of some amazing caves. The staff truly and genuinely cares. My special thanks to Abdulah who was amazing with taking complete care of my family. One super sweet mention, this morning we had a really light breakfast (they have all kinds of foods) so we had at least 3 people coming up to our table asking what else they could offer to us. Priceless feeling as a guest! We will be back here for sure.

Great team but things to improve inside hotel.
Service is extremely amazing and helpful. Kenan is an amazing part of the hotel who helped us a lot. Regarding room tidiness, it's, not the best. It has smells inside rooms, and ants (which was an unpleasant surprise). We spent time in two different rooms as we did two bookings - one room got water breaks, sow hen you shower its cold and next second hot and cold again. In second room was huge leak in the shower and we end up in the extremely wet floor. Again hotel team fixed all so quick for us, but our genuine suggestion would be to improve all bathrooms systems and do extra sanitizing for insects. Int his case hotel can be 10 out of 10. Great rooftop terrace for pictures and chill out time.

This place is a hidden gem. Honestly the nicest and most serene spot with wonderful staff that iterally make you feel like royalty. Ellis, Sinai, Kenna and the entire breakfast staff made us feel like we were long awaited family guests and they were going to ensure we had nothing less than a perfect time. Speaking of breakfast, we stayed at an amazing hotel in Istanbul and the Turkish know their breakfast but here the breakfast was out of this world to the point where there is a local lady who literally cooks any types of eggs you want! It is everything you want when visiting cappadoccia, close to city center and they will arrange all itineraries for you. I am really picky with hotels and being used to U.S. star ratings for hotels, based on the pictures alone you would think this is a 3 star hotel so you would be a bit apprehensive until you saw this place in person… once you do you will quickly change your mind… it’s nothing less than a 5 star - yes it’s a boutique so that’s equates to tiny details and amazing kind hearted service. I will never stay anywhere but here if I ever return! I literally cannot think of any negatives.
