As Taskonaklar, our vision and philosophy is to be a meeting point where visitors of all languages, religions and origins, who want to have an unforgettable Cappadocia experience can come together and socialize. Therefore, I think your comment towards our hotel is very harsh and unacceptable from our end since the incident does not even involve any hotel or restaurant employee. We have zero tolerance for any kind of racism, bigotry or discrimination. We would like to believe that the other guest did not have any racist intention, but different cultural backgrounds resulted in a misunderstanding. No matter what, I would like to apologize on behalf of the guest as they should have expressed themselves kinder and should not have created such an unwelcomed scene. The most wonderful staff and absolutely beautiful hotel. We booked the design suite with the bath and enjoyed that very much given the cold weather. We loved the pet friendliness as we were able to hang out with sweet dogs and cats while we were there. Really recommend this hotel - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent location, staff, accommodations. Beautiful hotel, views and the rooms are great. My room had no air conditioning. It would be better to have AC when I visited in august. But it wasn’t bad given that the room is built into the cave. So, it wasn’t too hot even this time of year. Otherwise, great experience all around.

Had a wonderful stay at this cave hotel! We had the royal suite , the view and service was amazing and the kids had another room. ! Breakfast is always fabulous and delicious! Razum helped us a lot with restaurants and places to go! Highly recommend this place! The staff was very good too! Love , love this place!

Perfect stay in Cappadocia
One of the most unique properties I stayed at. My room was basically a very beautiful large cave. The staff are kind and helpful. Food was great and the views are spectacular. I will definitely return!
