The staffs are helpful from check in, tours and check out. The hotel is located near different restaurants and shops. Breakfast is excellent and rooftop view is amazing esp during morning with hot air balloon.

Great cave hotel in the heart of Goreme. Easy to walk through the town as it’s location is not up any of the steep hills. Staff was lovely and very attentive. Rooftop views of the sunrise and the Hot air balloons a bonus! The daily breakfast was awesome as it included a lot of food options.

We loved this hotel. The courtyard and the various terraces with beautiful views over the town. You can see the balloon flights from here easily from the top terrace. The room was partly in the rock giving the experience of it but not to the extreme.

The location is very good, close the restaurants and stores. Customer service was very good. Breakfast was excellent! Main thing the view was amazing!! Every morning we woke just to see the sunrise and the balloons from our balcony!! Beautiful!! We had the biggest room at the hotel with balcony. They do have a terrace where you can go to view the balloons as well for all guests. Very beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I personally do not like this type of cave-like type of hotel but I like the customer service and the staff who work there! They are really nice and they provided great customer service. For those reasons, we ended up really having a great time! Staff there really making a big difference. I like the front office guy who came from Afghanistan, he was very helpful to us and we really appreciated his assistance.

Beautiful hotel.
This is a lovely hotel -- the rooms are large and spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the sunrise. Highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing. The manager was very polite and helpful, and helped us for an early check in. All the staff was very polite; the receptionist guided us about nearby places we could explore ehsan ws always present to help us at the restaurant/cafe. The rooms were splendid, washrooms clean and the terrace was beautiful. There are really good cafes nearby. Our stay at Cappadocia was unforgettable and the hotel played a huge part in making it a memorable one.

Very Central and convenient, staff is so helpful. Quite authentic and the balloon viewing on 6th floor is convenient. We have a balcony so we got to see the balloons as well. The hotel also gave us such a Good price for our balloon ride - it was 20 Euro cheaper per person than the other ones I checked!

Since you step foot at the hotel there is magic. Habibe greets you in the sweetest way making sure all your needs are met. The property and the cave rooms are magical. They even brought us hooka, wine and fruits to the foufth floor terrace were you can watch the balloons and the sunset. Breakfest were a delicious display of great flavors and Turquish Cuisine . At the kitchen, Imran will greet you with a smile creating special dishes and taking time to pamper you and serve you. We are defenetly coming back here.

BEAUTIFUL CITY
Overall it was a pleasing experience. We had 3 nights stay in Cappadocia. The staff were really helpful. I would like to mention here Berken who gave in all to make our stay more memorable & special. Breakfast options were limited though. Hot Air Balloon ride was exceptional. We took a day tour to Konya which was such a soothing experience. Unfortunately, the Green & Red tour was a bit expensive. However, the Telephone was not working in our room which we lodged a complaint too but no action taken which was astonishing as to call staff or reception you have to go down again and again which was exhausting.

Be in the hart Cappadocia magic
A nice place to stay at Goreme to discover cappadocia surrounding. Profesional and freindly staff with smiling faces everywhere. This location offers lovely terrasses where you can get a scenic view on Goreme's air balloon morning show. You will be close to all the services in Goreme.

A Perfect Hotel for a Pleasant Stay in Cappadocia
A marvelous hotel. Very clean environment and our room was impeccably clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Berkan at the Reception is super friendly, very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is within 2 minutes walk to city center where all the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located. We had a fabulous time at this hotel and we had very good night's sleep every night due to the quiet area around the hotel. I highly recommend it for an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

What a magical place. A unique hotel that combines a fairly tale stone age building and all the comforts of a modern 21st century building. We highly recommend renting a suite with a balcony so that you can enjoy the amazing views and also the balloons in the morning.
