I don't think I'll stay in the "real" cave room again. The room is spacious but the floor plan is kind of awkward. Owners are nice. Breakfast is good like most of other Turkish hotels.

The owner was nice
The owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is not bad. You can see hot air balloons from a room or balcony in sunrise. That was incredible. I woke up very early for this view. Price is fare. Shower is ok. Cleanliness is ok too.

It was a very nice hotel that suites Cappadoccia.
Pleasant and Michael was very helpful. He made sure our plans were delivered such as our Hot Air Balloon Ride.

Great stay in Goreme
Sato Cave Hotel was a great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful operations by Michael. Great location in Goreme. Great views. Would stay again.

Real cave hotel at a good price
The hotel is not big but is a real cave hotel, which is beyond my expectation, as I had prepared to get a "fake" cave room as the room rate is quite low indeed. In addition to this, the boss and his staff are all very nice people, though may not be that kind of "familiar at first sight" people.We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel, and we enjoyed it.

Good value in Goreme
I stayed in the dorm... I got lucky and had some what of a private nook in the back. Actually, there was only one other person staying in the dorm, so it was fairly private anyway. Breakfast was delicious. I had Probably one of the best omlets with tomato and feta. The only down fall was it was a little hard to find. Overall, it was a great value.

Nice cheap hotel. In the heart of Istanbul nightlife. Our room was little bit noisy from outside til 2 am but not too much. Nice, helpful staff.

Great location
The hotel is just 5-8 mins walk from bus station, but it's a bit difficult to find on the first day of arrival. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly, we arrived in the early morning like 8am, he offered our room immediately without waiting and suggested us for the green tour started at 9:30am. He also helped us to book the hot air balloon tour with discount, which is around 30-40 euro cheaper than in the travel agency on the city street. When the night we left and go to bus station for bus, he offered free ride for us and helped for the luggage as well. Wifi network is not stable as it's a cave hotel, cave wall are thick. The view from the room and the rooftop is amazing.

Interesting location,
Nice breakfast overlooking town of Goreme. The common room has a high altitude feel and a woodstove for cold weather. Osman showed us some areas outside of Goreme, and Gulbahar was very pleasant and friendly. We felt welcome and happy. There are small private areas outside for seating, looking out over Goreme.

A very nice little cave hotel with great views from the breakfast room out over the cappadochian countryside. The first room we were given was on the ground floor and my travel companion felt air down here would cause problems with his asthma. The hotel staff were great and we were moved to a different room straight away. Cave style takes some getting used to and the room was quite dusty from the soft rock was but all in all a place iw ould recomend for the money.

Otel fazla rezervasyon almış gittiğimiz de mağdur kaldık 1 gece başka otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık bölge de yoğunluk olduğu için mecburdur oteller çok doluydu odalar çok eski ve bakımsız otel ile ilgili söyleyeceğim tek olumlu şey manzarası güzel onun dışında herşey tek kelime ile berbat

Şato cave çok güzel bir oteldi ancak teknik bir sıkıntıdan dolayı otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık ancak tekrar gidersek yine kalabileceğim oteller arasında. Şunu da söylemeliyim bir çok otele göre odaları fazlasıyla geniş.

Otel rezervasynumuz olduğu halde ayırdığmız iki odanın bir tanesinin kayıtlı olmadığını söyledi. Bizim odanın birini başka birine daha yüksek fiyatla sattığını daha sonra evrakları karışıtırınca buldu. Suçu da Hotels.com a attı. Onlar bildirmemişmiş! Ucuz kurnazlıkla adam kazıklayan çok kötü bir hizmet anlayışı olan bu oteli tercih edenler her türlü kandırılmaya hazır olmalı. Bu tür ucuz numaralarla hala kazanacaklarını sanan zavallı işletmelerin olması üzücü!

완전 비추..더블룸 썻는데 사진이랑 많이 다르고 화장실 진짜 별로..주인도 불친절.후기 좋아서 예약했는데 완전 실망입니다. 들어가자 마자 있는 방 썻는데요 방안에서 인터넷이 안됬습니다. 방안에 콘센트도 하나인가 그렇고. 다시 가고싶지 않은 곳이네요. I don't recommend this hotel. It was somewhat different from the pictures which are on the site and the restroom was really terrible. Wifi doesn't work in our room . Staff was not nice. Totally ,everything is different from the site!

Bei diesem Preis was will man da grossartig erwarten. War soweit alles o.k. Badezimmer könnte besser sein. Das Frühstück konnte man unter 6 Menüs auswählen da wir 5 Personen waren haben wir 5 Verschiedene ausgewählt und hatten so eine gute Mischung, für extra Softdrinks wurde uns nichts verrechnet.

Great experience! Breakfast was great and hostel is well located. There was a lot of dirt under the bed and the employees were not speaking that much in english. Just to stay in a cave at a cheap rate was worth it.

Gezeceğimiz yerler hakkında Detaylı bilgilerinden dolayı Osman beye ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Otel ve odaları genel olarak temiz ve düzenli. Gidecek olanlara şimdiden iyi tatiller diliyoruz.

一切都好，只是有点美中不足
老板人很好，但是不善于交际，但是很实在，酒店位置很好在半山能眺望外面风景，就是很难找，问了好多人就是找不到，花了一个多小时。一个接待员是韩国小姑娘很热情，做早饭的厨师就太差了，是我们整个路程最差的早餐了...........

25살 남자 혼자이고요. 도미토리에서 잤어요. 이틀밤. 2월이었어요. 6인실이엇지만 3일동안 방을 쓴사람은 두명. 따뜻한물 엄청 잘나와요.진짜로. 리얼리. 방에 처음 들어갈땐 솔직히 쾌쾌한 냄새가 났지만.. 좋았어요 동굴 안이기 때문에 스마트폰 인터넷은 안됐고 와이파이는 로비에서 가능합니다 근데 매니저님이 너무 좋아요. 투어를 다른곳에서 다 신청하고 갔지만 그와 상관없이 친절하고 챙겨주려고 했어요. 제가 터키어와 영어를 모두 못하지만 내말을 열심히 알아들으려고 노력하고 친절하게 상담해주는게 정말 감동.. ㅠㅠ 체크아웃하고 그날 밤 10시버스라서 혹시 밤에 로비에 와서 있어되냐고 물어봤는데 정말 당연하다는듯이 편하게 있으라고 하고요 ㅠㅠ 저 떠나니깐 완전 슬프게 껴안아주네요 ㅠㅠㅠ 영어도 못해서 답답했을텐데 ㅠㅠㅠ 감동이에요 조식은 2번 오믈렛 omlet(?) 추천합니다

Sato Cave Hotel位於市中心，離巴士站很近，到達時間很早飯店人員還請我吃早餐，覺得相當溫馨。早餐有多種選項可以選擇，還有無限量供應的紅茶。入住五人房洞穴屋感覺很特別！房間內無wifi，要到餐廳使用。飯店人員會提供很多附近景點參考，自己一個人在那邊旅遊沒有任何問題。如果你的預算有限這裡的五人房是不錯的選擇！

部屋は全て洞穴で雰囲気が良く、宿主も超～親切です。また、朝食メニューの一つ「フレンチトースト」は超～美味い！他の人にも紹介しました。

Un super hôtel dans un environnement parfait
Niquel! Les propriétaires sont au petits soins et n'hésitent pas à vous conseiller. Possibilité de leur confier la réservation pour un tour en montgolfière (100 euros par Universal Balloon...parfait). Les chambres sont typiques de la ville de Göreme. A voir absolument!!

내부 청소가 전혀 안되어있지만 그래도 친절은 합니다. 위치가 좋은편이며 옥상 테라스에서 전망을 바라보면서 맥주한잔 하기는 좋습니다. 다만 동굴이라 숙소 내부가 눅눅하고 청소는 좀 안되어있습니다. 하지만 화장실 물은 팡팡 잘 나와서 좋습니다. 가격이 저렴한 편이니 하루이틀 묵고 가실분들한테는 추천합니다.

Feel like you’re at home that no one care.
We arrive the hotel very early morning and nobody there at reception. We have to wait until 8:30 and the owner arrive. Nothing impressed as he not fluent in English and we can talked a little bit. The room is O.K. wide enough but the bathroom light is very limit as there is only one halogen lamp in bathroom. Breakfast is something that I never seen before. They’re in refrigerator and we have to make by ourselves. As nobody there in the kitchen, we are shocked by this and find the restaurant outside to have breakfast instead. Location is acceptable as it is near everything. Actually Goreme is very small village that can navigate by feet. WIFI is available in limited time.We have to use pocket WIFI instead.
