Friendly staff.Posted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: The staff were the best feature.
Cons: The coffee wasn't the best.
Location: The hotel is up the hill from the port. We walked it, though they would have come to pick us up if we had called. You can also walk to Capri in 20 min
We stayed here for two nights in November, just before the hotel closed for the season. It's the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip, but most hotels on Capri are expensive. It's a nice hotel, but the best feature is the quality of their staff. The front desk clerk who greeted us could not have been nicer or more helpful. Most of the rest of the staff were from Sri Lanka, and they were all friendly, chatty, and always looking to see how they could help you. They appeared to genuinely enjoy serving you and making you happy. There was also a driver who would drive you wherever you wanted to go, and arrange to pick you up. The rooms were nice - we were upgraded to a sea-view room with a hot-tub, which was nice. The wifi worked well. The quality of the food in the restaurant was good, though the menu was limited as the hotel was about to close.

A million memoriesPosted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: The staff were all perfect and complimented each other. The owner must be very proud of his team.
Cons: How do you improve perfection without losing the very thing that makes the place so special. If not broke don't fix it is an appropriate old saying!
Location: Capri town is a warren of boutique shops & lovely restaurants. Anacapri was a great base to explore the island, ride the cable car & wonderful walks.
After a windy Autumn crossing the welcome drink and a warm friendly smile transformed our mood to one of, we have arrived and this place looks the real deal. Forgive me but when you have spent 25 years in the leisure industry I know when staff are genuine, love their job and like guests! Yes you could fault the location as it isn't perfect but the courtesy car is always available and the three able and friendly drivers made the ten minute journeys seem inconsequential. Our room could have been slightly bigger but the jacuzzi, superb shower, views to Mount Vesuvius, nibbles and drinks plus complimentary slippers were a lovely touch. With an omelette for breakfast each day plus a first rate breakfast we wanted for nothing and again the warmth from the staff made the experience that bit more enjoyable. As good as one we had in Venice but the difference was they allowed you to indulge and not feel greedy!

Very friendly small hotelPosted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: Comfortable and beautifully appointed rooms, with staff that seemed genuinely to want to make your star as enjoyable as possible.
A lovely long-weekend stay for two. Arriving on the hydrofoil on a Friday evening, and saying through to Monday evening.

Excellent in every wayPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Receptionist, waitstaff, service.
We were there for our honeymoon and found the hotel excellent in everyway. Specifically the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly in a professional manner. They offered us a ride to the island lications with the hotel car, which saved us a lot from taking taxis. The breakfast was great and the room was very nicely decorated with a hight quality comfort mattress.

Charming boutique hotel with outstanding servicePosted Aug 31, 2013
Location: Best thing was the boat trip around the island and dinner at sunset with a great view.
Stayed 2 nights with my daughter and we enjoyed staying at E Parco. The house from 1906 impeccable and renovated but keeping its style. We used the free shuttle a lot, and was convenient for what we wanted to see and visit. The attention you get from the staff when you are in a small hotel is what we value, and Viviana was a sweetheart taking care of us, along with the rest of the staff. Andres and Chamind were great driving us, giving directions and information of how to move around.

Amazing!!!Posted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff and great breakfast to start the day!!
Location: Great location to all that Capri has to offer!
It was the start of an amazing vacation. Our flight was delayed and we missed the last ferry. Viviana went above and beyond to make sure we arrived after hours to the hotel. Everything was excellent our entire stay. All of the staff were really friendly. We will definitely go back. Thank you again to all.

Fantastic StayPosted Jul 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a beautiful 12 room boutique property. Our room had a great ocean view and a small terrace with a jacuzzi. (All but three rooms had the jacuzzi terrace). The hotel has their own shuttle that will take you anywhere which was very convenient. When you arrive, just call and they will come get u. The reception staff was extremely helpful, so nice, and knowledgeable. Staying on Capri was a last minute decision and a great one at that. We scootered all over one day and boated around the island the next day. A wonderful stay !

Classy but agingPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Excelsior Parco is a good choice for Capri. It is near enough to the attractions but not bothered by the noise or the crowds. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The free pick up and drop-off service is a lifesaver in an island which is transportation-challenged. Most rooms have balconies with nice views. Breakfast is servedon the patio weather permitting.

Excellent, romantic boutique hotelPosted Jun 25, 2013
Pros: The staff
Location: Near the harbour, but not the main restaurant area. Hard to walk and taxis are expensive. There is a shuttle (which is gr8), but only during the day.
Wow. Outstanding hotel with personal, aesthetic and environmental charm. The hosts were just lovely, so accommodating and genuinely helpful and caring. The best hotel we stayed in for all our honeymoon. Well, the 5 star Dubai experience was something else, but this was much more personal and touching. Highly recommended. Italian hotels can be so awful too - this was such a pleasant surprise and a genuine delight to stay at.

Excellent Hotel with Excellent ServicePosted Jun 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and spent 3 weeks in Italy. Through the course of our trip we stayed at several 4 star hotels. This hotel was by far the best. The service was excellent. The staff really understands customer service and were constantly attending to us. The staff gave us a complementary bottle of champagne, brought breakfast to our rooms, and offered us a drink whenever we needed to wait for their driver. The hotel is located between the port and the town and provides a driver to take you to and from the hotel (very appreciated service as cabs in capri are quire expensive). Our room was great with a large deck and outdoor hot tub. I would definitely return to this hotel.
